Jestik Shift, Sit Stand Desk Converter

tabbyspantry

Do you work at a desk all day?   I have a little more freedom now than I did when I was in the office, but at times I still find my self sitting for hours.  This is not good for my back or neck. Especially after my car accident I have to be really careful with my neck so getting up and remembering not to sit all day is a must.

With this Jestik Shift, Sit Stand Desk Converter it is so easy to stand it up and keep on working. I can actually do it with one hand and there is no hassle at all.  I can not tell you how much better I feel when I am standing to get some of my work done.  My back and neck actually don’t hurt by the end of the day.

This came in a larger box but was only about 5 minutes to put together.  It weighs about 25 lbs. so if you need to you can move it very easily.  I actually work a lot from the kitchen so I put it on the table for this week.  When I get caught up from the end of the year, I will move it to my desk.

This has two different levels so if you work from a desk top you have another place for your keyboard which is nice.  I always work from a lap top so the bottom lever is perfect to keep my notes.  I can just pull out and read and put back.  I love all the extra space on this desk I have spots to put everything I am working on and I can grab and take pictures or read manuals.

If you find yourself with a sore back and neck from working all day then the Jestik Shift, Sit Stand Desk Converter is a must.  It can be easily added to any flat surface without ruining the surface below. It will make a sure difference in your life and how you feel after a long day of work.

Derma Roller System

tabbyspantry

I have seen the Derma Rollers for awhile and was a little iffy about using them.  I don’t mind needled but seeing all the needles on a Derma Roller was always a little scary for me.  Do I really want to try this?   Is it going to hurt?  Will it scratch up my face?  All these were little worries I had especially with sensitive skin.

If you have been wondering all the same I have a few answers for you.  While the needles on the roller are a little scary and very poky as long as you go gently like it says no it does not hurt.  Be extra careful with the nose area.

It did not scratch up my face at all.  It had no lingering feelings after I used it.  I am happy that I tried it.  This was very easy to use and it did not take a log time.  It was quick and easy. I have to say I also love the gold color.  I so think the gold was a lot less scary seeing then pointy silver needles.

Wondering what the Derma Roller actually does?

“The complete all-in-one skin care solution guaranteed to reduce the appearance of wrinkles, scars, cellulite and stretch marks.”

Make sure when you are ready to buy to check out the Needle size.  This will determine what it is going to help and how often you use it.  See the full Guide here.

I loved the DermaCell Collagen Cream it soaked right into my skin and left my skin feeling very soft.  It did not leave my skin greasy at all.  When you are picking these up make sure to also grab the Collagen Face Make they are fantastic.

The whole Derma Roller System is fantastic I am so happy that I finally tried it out.  If you are looking to improve your skins appearance then this is the system for you.  My skin looks and feels fantastic.

Desk Cycle

Desk Cycle

Are you like me?  DO you sit at a desk for most of the day?  I try and get up and moving a few times an hour , but lets be honest when I get working I get distracted and realized its been hours.  I needed a way to get up and start moving. Desk Cycle gave me a way to keep moving all day long.

Now lets give you a little info on how easy this is to use.  This was ready to use right away.  It was light weight I could pick up and movie from under the desk to next to the couch.  Sometimes I work from the couch.  I could never do that will a full size bike.     The peddle movement was very smooth so no jerky reactions distractions me while I was peddling and working.

The price point for the Desk Cycle is fantastic under $200 for something you will use daily.  I was a little weary when I first got it if I would actually add this into my daily routine, but it fit right in.  I don’t have to actually change anything in my routine so it fit right in.

If you are like me and always looking for the little ways to get healthier then the Desk Cycle is a must.  It is so simple to use and will make a huge impact on your health.

Make sure that Desk Cycle is on your list for the year you will not be disappointed.
