The one thing I can not say enough is if you want to get in shape and keep it off don’t go to the extreme unless you are ready to keep it up forever.  I make sure if I have a day that I eat everything in the world and don’t move much, I do not worry about it I just do better the next day. Keep yourself accountable but dont punish your self everything in moderation is what will get you to loose the weight and keep it off.
