I have loved Scooby Doo for many years. I love that a group of kids and a dog can solve the crime every time. Scooby-Doo! and the Curse of the 13th Ghost is now one of my favorites.  There is nothing like the adventures these guys go on.  In this great nee movie we really get to see Daphne come out of her shell.  We also learn why Scooby and Shaggy are really afraid of ghosts.

In this adventure we learn a whole past that Daphne, Scooby, and Shaggy shared that the others knew nothing about.  Now they are on the way to find a mysterious 13th ghost that got away years ago.  It might just be me , but I think that the Humor on Scooby-Doo has really gotten better.  Maybe its now that I am older and I get it a lot more but I was laughing the whole movie.

Table Top Shuffleboard

We love to find great games that the family can play. They have to be interactive for my son to get into them and the shuffleboard was perfect.  The board its self id over 5 feet long and comes in two different pieces.  There are magnets at the end of each to hold them together.

The feet at the bottom are detachable and adjustable so you can raise or lover them to make sure the board is level.  We had some hand held levels so we made sure they were perfect before we started.   We were ready to play in no time.

My whole family had such a blast playing and little guy even made up some new ways to play.  As you can see we have a smaller table, yet it still worked.  the Table Top Shuffleboard is a great way for our family to have some fun during winter, we can’t go outside much so we set this up and have an afternoon of playing each other.

Little guy loves Puppy Dog Pals, He is so excited that a new DVD has hit the shelves. Puppy dog pals is a great kids movie Bingo, Rolly and of course Hissy are a favorite in our home.  The two dogs are always getting in so much trouble and learning lessons along the way.  I personally think Hissy is an instigator but of course in our home the cat is always the instigator. My little guy loved Captain Underpants. I love when the New Year comes I always love to buy a new fragrance for the Year. When looking for your new fragrance you should always look for one that speaks to you.  For me its Gardenia it was my wedding flower and I have never found a flower smell that I love more.  The problem with finding a great gardenia smell is a lot of company’s like to add other smells to it that just don’t mesh.

When Fuller House first came out I knew I was going to love it.  I love that they did not just re make the original they continued with the same great story I love. We have grown up with these girls so when it started I was already invested in their life.  Now that we have gotten to season three I was wondering where D.J’s life was going.  She has a great boyfriend and business partner, but we all know who she really loves Steve.  Will she tell him? will she stay with Matt?

A lot of us were still invested in Steve from the 90’s so I could not decide who I was voting for.  Steve is a great guy we already know.  Matt Is a great new funny guy who is great with animals.  We will see who she picks in this season and how it effects everyone else.

While all this is going on we are also following Stephanie’s journey to become a month and the twists and turns that takes.  I have to say this has been the best season so far.  I love that I can have this whole great season on DVD to watch any time.

I have been a fan of Goosebumps and R.L Stein for years.  I was so excited when the movies started coming out.  Now I am even more excited the #2 is released today.  If you were like me and grew up with Goosebumps I know you will be waiting to pick up your copy.

Goosebumps was one of the things that gave me my true love of Horror.  Who else gives you Horror and humor in one book or in this case movie.  This series is one of the few when i was younger that gave me a love of reading.  Now that I see them coming to life on the big screen its like I am a kid all over again.

Synopsis:

Be careful what you wish for. With their after school junk business, best friends Sonny and Sam hope to find treasure in other people’s trash. But when cleaning out the old Stine house, they open a locked book that frees a supernatural nightmare- Slappy! Now, with the help of Sonny’s sister Sarah, they’re in a race against time to get the sinister dummy and all the creatures he’s brought to life back into the pages before he unleashes total pandemonium!

 

Based on the beloved Scholastic book series by R.L Stine, GOOSEBUMPS 2 was directed by Academy Award®-winner Ari Sandel (2005, Best Short Film-Live Action, West Bank Story) from a story by Rob Lieber and Darren Lemke and screenplay by Lieber. The film is produced by Deborah Forte and Neal H. Moritz and is executive produced by Timothy M. Bourne and Tania Landau.
