  We have all heard of the fiber add INS for drinks, most of us have even tried quite a few of them.  For the most part most of them are gritty and no matter how much they say it does not change the taste of the drink it almost always does.  When I first got the chance to try this one out I was a little weary but I mixed it into my water to see if there was really any change.  The only change to the water was the color.  It got a little foggy color but other than that there was no change in the taste and no gritty texture at all.

  I love that these come in a single serving package so I can take along with me and add them to any drink during the day.  There are 14 probiotic strains and 4 grams of fiber in this little package.  They are gluten free, dairy free, soy free and sugar free.  These are truly a fantastic add to any drink.  They will help you get what you are missing in your diet for the day and you won’t even notice they are in your drink.

   When I was first contacted by Thin Tea I was so excited as you all know I love to find great health products and I am a true tea lover.  I did not know that I would fall in love with the first cup of each. The taste of both of these teas was just amazing.  The flavors were the kind I would buy to drink everyday anyway and now there is even more benefits to drinking them.

     I have tried a lot of supplements to lose weight and while some have worked none had given me the results this awesome tea did after just 5 days I was down 5 pounds.  The only thing I had changed in my life was my two cups of tea a day.

 

  

The morning tea is a Detox tea.  It will help cleanse, detoxify, and reduce bloating.  This is a very light tea so it’s a perfect tea in the morning not too strong with a great flavor it even has Juniper berry in it.  Yummy

Forget the natural boring popcorn we usually have. This one is not only fantastic flavor but you will be pushing to have family movie night sooner just to have a little more of it.  479 sea salt caramel popcorn is to die for.  You will want to make sure you stock up on this one.  Great bold flavor and the caramel part just melts in your mouth.

 

Maty’s Cough Syrup

  This one is a big one for us living in Colorado we get colds a lot and little guy will not take anything.  It has been 4 years since we got anything into him when he was sick.  Ya ya I have heard it all before but trust me when you have a kid that is a stubborn as you are there is no forcing them.  Hubby can’t even try he is so allergic to aspirin if he gets even the littlest drop on him he can go into shock and die.  So first thing I did was read to make sure if hubby tried giving this to baby boy it would not kill him lol.  Second thing I did was taste it.  Yes I know don’t take medicine if you are not sick but I had to know what the flavor was like. Luckily these are all natural.  These both tastes like a sweet syrup no medicine taste at all these might just be what baby boy needs for when he is sick. 

Pines Mighty Greens

  

   This is a fantastic blend you can drink every day. It is a mix of Wheatgrass, Alfalfa and hemp protein powder.  Just add 1 level tablespoon to 8oz of water or juice and drink.  As green mixes go this one did not taste too bad.  It was easy to mix and was not gritty at all.

Derma E Makeup remover

   

    This was a very gentle remover and as you can see from my first and only no makeup selfi there is no makeup left on my face.  It did not sting or burn at all just wiped away the makeup with ease.  With chamomile and cucumber it had a very soft and relaxing smell to it.  This is a great one for all skin types.

 

Calm A Mama

  They have a few different kids to choose from. These are drops you just put a few drops on your tongue and these will help with your mood.  These ones are Happy Drops made with organic Rose.  The taste was not bad but it was not something I had tasted before.  You can use these a few times a day if you just need a pick me up or everything just seems to be getting on your nerves you will be happy you had these babies in your bag.

 

Sterling Global Products – BouDe Flushable Wipes

    

  These were amazing.  The wipes were fantastic and very thick, what I did love the most about it was the container.  No more taking up counter space these babies hang right from the toilet paper roll.  They now use space that we never used and they are right where we need them. 

 

Devera lip plumper gloss

    

   You all know I love anything lip product.  This one has a very nice shine and left my lips feeling soft.  It was not sticky at all.  I could tell a different in my lips after using it.  It even goes over my lipstick nicely and gives me a great glossy look.  I think this is the first natural one I have ever used and I was truly impressed.

I had absolutely no idea what to expect when I got the chance to do a review with Amwell.  I had never used an online doctor before.  When I got on I had a few different doctors with different specialties to choose from.  No one was sick in our house and no need for a psychologist YET lol.  So I tried out the Nutritionist.  As you all know my little guy is a very picky eater and I would love to get some suggestion on what I can do.  I went to our doctor here in town and he told us to force him to eat when and what I want him too.  This does not sit well with me.  Why would I make him eat something he hates and why make him eat if he is not hungry?  That doctor was out.  Unfortunately in our town we do not have many to choose from. 

  This is where Amwell came in.  I talked to Maika Luongo and I loved her.  Well talked to might be wrong.  I did not know until we started our conversation that the mic on my computer is a goner.  So I could hear her but she could not hear me.  But no worries we could still see each other and we continued threw the typing section still, if that does not work for you any worries they will call you if needed.   She asked a few question about my son his eating habits what he does and does not like.  Then believe it or not I actually got some real world answers.  She not only made suggestion about what to feed him like different versions of stuff he does like.  She also gave me a few ideas to try that I would have never thought of.  She did not tell me I had to force him but instead gave me some real suggestions that I can actually try. 

 

  This was an amazing site I am glad I found.  It was so easy to use and I actually got good advice.  When I signed on it said the wait time was 10 minutes but I did not have to wait even 3 minutes.  This was fantastic do you know how much time I have waited in doctors’ offices to not really get any answers.   I would suggest this site to everyone.

Getting fit with baby and pishposh baby

If you are like me after you had your little one you are ready to get fit.  This is easier said than done.  Not many of us can go to the gym or even do a work out video at home.  I would have little guy crawling all over me not much of a work out for me. Lol So here is what I did I packed up and got out.

I used a bob Bob Revolution SE Single  Stroller.  You will be amazed at how nice this stroller is. Another accessories I could not live without was the cup holders and storage pouch Bob Handlebar Console Single.  It was like I was not pushing anything and so easy to maneuver.  Just don’t make my first mistake.  You do need to fill the tires. LOL my first walk I was so upset I could not push it is was heavy and did not roll well.  I got to my sister’s house and my brother in law was laughing at me I did not fill the tires.  After we filled it I could not believe the performance of this stroller.  We would walk for about 10 miles a day just start up my book on tape and off we went.

 

The second thing we did was lot of picnics at the park pack a healthy lunch in our petunia picklebottom bag here is a great one Petunia Pickle Bottom Citrine Roll Shoulder Bag and off for a walk to the park.  Now here is the trick on the playing at the park.  You need to actually play with your little one push them on the swings run around climb jump do it all be a kid again you will not believe the calories you will be burning.

 

Now if you have a tinny tiny one you can still do it all.  Just instead of playing at the park with them lay on the grass and just chill when they are this young you could use the rest and your little one loves the scenery.  When he was tinny tiny I would use my Medela Freestyle Hands-free Breastpump Before I left the house.  I had used many pumps and I truly found this is the best one for your money works great.  Pack baby boy up make sure when they are this young to bring their cuddly blanket I used a Minki blanket baby boy just cuddled up in here is another great one Magnolia Line Blanket Lux Grey.   We would take a walk to the park I would give baby boy his bottle and I would have a little lunch while we laid on the grass and watched the clouds go by.

 

Getting in shape can be fun especially if you have a little one to play with and the right tools.  So go out there and play like you are a kid again and remember how much fun it can actually be.

Just one moms opinion

 

With a baby boy who will be ready for school in just a few years I am always thinking and wondering what I will have to worry about next.   I have to say one of my biggest worries is when he goes to school, will kids be nice to him, will he be nice to others, will someone come in and shoot up his school, will he be happy.

When I was thinking about this it had me thinking about when I was in school.  We had kids that were not always nice, we had kids who were UN happy sometimes, but the rest we never worried about and what was the big difference.  Well the one thing I keep on thinking of was the school activities.  In our school we had after school activities. There were activities for everyone.  We had everything from FFA, to the star Track club, cheerleading and more.  Even though kids may have felt alone at times there was always somewhere where they could go to talk to people who loved what they loved.

 

I know what you are thinking the schools no longer have the money for these things.  This is what I think is the big problem.  I know the government keeps on saying there is no money but they have the money to help other countries but they are not putting enough into their own children in my opinion.  Some people will say it because of the teachers that they have changed they don’t want to give their time after school any more.  I say this is wrong.  If the schools had more money the classes could be smaller, the classes would have the supplies they needed and the after school activated could be what they need to be for our youth.  If the teachers were not so over whelmed with everything else they would be happier to give the extra hour after school to help out with the clubs.

Someone told me “but they have hot lines for UN happy kids”.  Well ya and we have taken away a lot of what helps kids not only find friends but people who feel like them and given them hot lines and you see how well that has worked out.    When our kids find people who feel and like what they do it helps them belong and in turn helps them succeed in life. I know this is not a fix all but it could fix some.  Now this is just my opinion and I am always happy to hear others.

  This is such a great gift for anyone on your list.  What kid would not get excited by a letter from Santa and his reindeer?  When this came little guy was so excite to see what was inside. Not only did it have his name on it from Santa but it was a big shinny red envelope.  It really caught his eye.

Holiday Traditions

        Keeping up with Family Holiday Traditions

 

I love holiday traditions, but being so far from my family sometimes I forget to keep them alive.  Now that I have a little guy I want to make sure that the holidays are as special for him as they were for me.

 

  My little guy does not have the family around that I did so making it special is a little more work for us then it would be if we lived closer to our loved ones.  But that does not mean he should miss out.

 

  We would always go to my grandma’s house on Christmas Eve.  Everyone on my dad’s side of the family was there and it was a huge event with Santa, family and presents.   We would have a wonderful dinner then Santa would come and visit and bring us all a special present.  We would all get a special pair of Christmas Pajamas from Santa.  All the kids would change and play with Santa.  Then it was time to head home and we were ready to go to sleep and wait for Santa to leave us our special presents in the morning.

 

 

  Christmas day would come and Santa would always leave me a special toy UN wrapped. So I could play while my mom and sister woke up got their coffee and got rid of the morning grumpies.  Of course my dad was always up early with me so he would play with me.  Santa finally learned after a few years not to leave me makeup kits to play with.  My dad had a lot more fun with game boards.lol

  After we opened presents and had a special breakfast. My whole family would come to our house for home made enchiladas and family time.

 

  Now that we are all older and family is everywhere we have to find ways to be together.  On Christmas Eve Santa comes to visit my little guy (we got a Santa outfit) and brings us all special Pajamas. Then we call my grandma’s house and talk to everyone.  On Christmas day because we cannot be with everyone we Skype in and someone always grabs the computer and brings us from room to room so we can join in.  (Just don’t tick anyone off; they will leave you in a closet lol).  We even send a white elephant present ahead of time and join in on that fun Via Skype.

  Sometimes it’s hard to keep up with the traditions but if there is a will there is a way.  Even if you can’t be with everyone for the holidays find little ways that you can bring them to your family and still join in.

 I was amazed when I got the pro series in the mail.  Most blood pressure monitors I have seen are huge.  They take up a lot of space to store and are just UN comfortable.  This awesome one is the size of a big watch. It was very easy to use just program like you would any other one and hit start.  It was working within seconds and it even came with the batteries you need so no worries about finding the right size.  As soon as you put this one on your wrist it is a one button push to get it going.  I love that they did not go all complicated on it.  It was easy to use and even the instruction booklet was easy to read and straight forward.
