When I first got them I noticed the containers are very cute.  They are each labeled and a different color so when you get the whole line there is no worries about which ones you are drinking.  Inside are individual tea bags so just pop in your hot water wait a minute or two and drink.  Every one of these teas was fantastic.  I could drink them all day and I would not even know that I am drinking a healthier drink.

Of course the weight loss was my favorite it had a light taste of chocolate.  How could you beat that?    If you are looking to get healthier this year this is a great way to go.  They taste fantastic and they help you get to your goal.

    Once you see this fantastic towel there is no wonder why it had to be on our Summer Must Have List.  We have all brought the big beach towels with us and they take up our whole bag.  As you can see with this one my bag will be able to carry a towel for each member of the family with room left over for everything else I need.  Not only is this towel big enough to lay out on but we also used it to keep little guys feet off the hot deck.  This towel dries so fast that it is ready to be packed back up right away. 


  My little guy also goes from the water to the sand box back and forth.  All we have to do to get the dried off sand off is shake it a little.  It was clean and ready to go.  I love that fact that this Microfiber towel is not only very portable but perfect for any outdoor outing this summer.  My husband now keeps ours in the back of the truck.  When we go fishing swimming, to the river or anywhere else we have a towel that is big enough to clean and dry us off but takes up almost no room.  As you can see from the pictures below this is one of those towels you can actually get back into the bag so no worries about taking it out whenever you need it.

  When I first got the fe fit workout DVDs and system I though “ohh I can do this” I walk 5-10 miles a day and I am always running around.  Boy was I wrong after just the First DVD Fe Fit Essentials I did one 15 minute and I was not only worn out but I was sore the next day.  So instead of jumping right in to the half hour work out I spent about 2 weeks doing these different essentials to work on what I needed to rock the half hour segment.  I could tell in just a few days I was getting stronger and better.  Instead of barely being able to do just one I was working my way up to doing two of them a day.

 

  Now it is time for the half hour workouts.  I like these but I am still on the first week working myself up to the harder ones.  I know I could have jumped right in to them but I don’t want to hurt myself I want to get the results I am getting while taking care of my body.  As I am getting stronger and more tone I am getting more excited to work up to the next week.  I love that this is a whole system.  They even have a calendar that lets you know to take a day off, and stickers to keep track of where you are.


  I think these DVDs are perfect for everyone no matter what fitness level.  They have different weeks with different steps so no matter what level you are at you are going to be able to go at your own pace and get what you want or need from them.  I can’t wait till I work up to the last week.  I am excited to see the transformation to my body.

Raw Fit Chocolate Muffins

As you all Know I love my Raw Fit shakes I have one every day and always have one ready to g in the fridge in case of a snacking emergency.  But every once an awhile I love to chew on something.  So I have started making raw fit Chocolate Strawberry muffins.  These are so good.  I also added some substations you can use for our vegan friends.  Or of course in case you just want it to be healthier.  These are a perfect snack for any day.  You can stick them in freezer bags in sets of two in the freezer and just grab and go and have a healthier snack all day long.

 

If you have an extra scoop it’s the perfect size to scoop muffins.

1 ½ cups flower

2 eggs (you can substitute apple sauce)

2 scoops chocolate raw fit

2 teaspoons baking powder

¼ teaspoon salt (optional)

¼ cup oil (you can substitute coconut oil)

1 Tablespoon vanilla extract

1 ½ cups milk (you can substitute almond milk)

½ cup strawberries

Mix all ingredients together and bake at 400 for about 15-18 minutes.  If you mixture is too thick just add a little more milk or even a dash of water.

Orb fitbug and Kiqplan

  I was so excited when I was asked to review the fitbug ORB and the Slim & Trim Kiqplan.  I am always trying to find ways to keep motivated in my workouts and these two together would be perfect.  I would like to note that they did not link to my phone I have an older model of smart phone nothing works with it any more.lol They do have a list on their site for you to make sure it will link before you buy.   I am so hooking this up to my mom’s phone when I get to California in a week.

 

   

  The Fitbug orb is a tracking tool to help you keep track of your sleep and your activity.  I love activity trackers they get me motivated to get up and move.  I always want to beat my score from the day before.  But some awesome stuff about this tracker is you will be paying about half as much as some of the others.  You can choose to wear it in the wrist band or in the clip so if you are like me and always loose steps while at the grocery store or pushing a stroller you can clip it on instead and not lose those steps from your arm not moving.  Now for the biggie for me, No More Charging.  That’s right all you won’t get half way through your workout just to find out it’s been dead the whole time.

 

  The Kiqplan had quite a few different ones you can choose from.  I chose slim & trim it is a program to add to your phone for more motivation. It gives you targets to hit every day to keep you motivated.  Videos you can follow for different workouts.  Food plans to stay on track with you goals.  This is like having a personal trainer right on your phone.  They have quite a few different programs to try out don’t forget to check them out. 

 

 

  The Fitbug Orb on its own is a fantastic tool, but when you add it to the Kiqplan you will be unstoppable.

  We have all heard of the fiber add INS for drinks, most of us have even tried quite a few of them.  For the most part most of them are gritty and no matter how much they say it does not change the taste of the drink it almost always does.  When I first got the chance to try this one out I was a little weary but I mixed it into my water to see if there was really any change.  The only change to the water was the color.  It got a little foggy color but other than that there was no change in the taste and no gritty texture at all.

  I love that these come in a single serving package so I can take along with me and add them to any drink during the day.  There are 14 probiotic strains and 4 grams of fiber in this little package.  They are gluten free, dairy free, soy free and sugar free.  These are truly a fantastic add to any drink.  They will help you get what you are missing in your diet for the day and you won’t even notice they are in your drink.
