                          My closet is shaking with excitement for spring.

   I cannot tell you all how excited I am for spring to get here.  As a California girl living in Colorado for the last few months I have worn nothing but sweats, sweatshirt and slippers.  My closet was not made for winter.  Now spring and summer is a whole different problem.  I want everything.  I was made for warmer weather and now with jane.com I can afford a whole lot more to make my closet happy.

It was so funny just last week I was having a conversation about Groupon Coupons. This subject actually came up quite a few times in the last week. From saving on everyday shopping or something special, they have a great way to save on almost everything you can think of. Saving money on anything I buy is at the top of my list. With a family that lives check to check and one day we will have to pay for college and other unforeseen expenses. For the stuff that I can I really need to save every dollar that I can.

    Anyone with nieces, nephews or kids of their own have heard about the fabulous Pillow Pets. Did you also know that they also have some of the kid’s favorite cartoon charters?   As you can see with this one you get a huge bottle you are not going to run out any time soon.  I am one of those people that run my hands threw my hair all day long.  I don’t want to be that crazy lady at the store who’s had is stuck in her hair.  This Flexible Hold is perfect for me.  It helps keep my style all day long threw wind and my hands and I don’t have to worry about it being sticky and hard.  I rode rollercoasters all day long and with just a few swipes of my fingers my hair looked fantastic all day long.

This one was amazing.  For me most of the time I don’t do my hair I just let it air dry.  Before this fantastic product came along it meant I had a ton of frizz and it just looked funny.  It never dried straight.  The first time I use this I just shook it up put two pumps in my hand and brushed it threw my hair.  I let it air dry and did nothing else.  It looked perfect for two days.  I had no fly aways it dried perfectly straight and it was not greasy.  This was so light weight my hair still had volume and bounce.  My suggestion buy this one by the case. Lol

   For this review I got to check out the Pentel Sharp mechanical pencil.   These actually have a very special meaning to me. As a kid in school as most of you know most are not allowed to use pens. We have to use pencils. I could hear them writing on paper it was a very annoying and sometimes migraine causing sound to me. This was the worst till one teacher introduced me to mechanical pencils. I was still using the pencil that they said I had to use but it made school time so much easier for me. I did not get the migraines anymore and I got a lot more done during school.

These pencils are perfect for any kid in school or everyday life. They write very smoothly and have a covered eraser, so no worries about making a mistake you can always fix it. #PampersSavings Making Potty Training Easier

When I was potty training my little guy I was so tired of buying diapers. I am sure a lot of you can relate. I tried to do the all or nothing. I went from diapers to big boy pants. Wow, I cannot tell you how big of a mistake that was. I wish I had checked out product reviews earlier on, so then I could make a better decision on what diapers would be better for my boy. With that being said, if you don’t want to make the same mistake I did, maybe this would be for the best, especially as you’d only want what’s best for your kids. The amount of money I wasted I had to just threw away so many pairs of big boy underwear they were ruined. Not to mention the mattress was destroyed you can never get that smell out, also doing sheets 3 times a day. Then I got smart and switched to Pampers easy ups. I had trusted pampers the whole time before I don’t know why it took me so long to smarten up and do it step by step like everyone else. As soon as we switched he potty trained so much faster. He had a big boy diaper that was easy to pull on and off. They were way more comfortable with the stretchy sides and best of all. If he did have an accident it was not that big of a deal, we just grabbed a new one and tried again.

Coupons come in extra handy when you have a newborn as you are constantly having to buy wipes, diapers and whatnot. They were not the little coupons that were not worth you time to cut or print. Leafy Vegetables

As well as broccoli, oranges are packed full of vitamin c too. This helps to fight off infections or illnesses by aiding the white blood cells in your body. It helps them to grow and to fight off infections. In a glass of orange juice, it can contain all of the vitamin c that you need for the day. So if you are feeling run down, it is the perfect drink to have. It has to be freshly squeezed juice, of course.

Nuts

Nuts are a great source of healthy fat in your diet. A lot of people are afraid of having fat in their diet, but it isn’t something to be scared of. The unsaturated fats that nuts have are great for your heart health. They are also great fro your brain function. Think of a nut like a walnut, and think about how it looks kind of like a brain. It is all related. Pretty amazing, right?

Dreft Baby Shower

For my first baby shower, I had no idea what I was going to need. I registered for everything from a bouncer (which was said to be one of the best ones we’ve found) to a walker and everything in between. I had no idea that I would not even use half of it.

By the time I had my second one I had learned. Diapers and detergent were at the top of my list and a ton of them both. I did disposable diapers in all sizes and a few cloth diapers. Yes you have to clean them but trust me when its 2am and you are out of diapers grabbing a few cloth diapers to make it threw the night is so much better then running out to the store.

The detergent I used then and I still use now with my little guy is Dreft. They have 3 different stages so my laundry detergent grew with my little one. “Dreft Stage 1: Newborn; Dreft Stage 2: Active Baby and Dreft Blissfuls.” My husband also loved it he has severer allergies if he uses the wrong detergent on his feet they get the worst rashes. He has never had a reaction to Dreft and it leaves the cloths so soft and smelling fantastic.

If you have not tried Dreft Blissfuls yet they are a must. Add a little to your laundry for a nice clean fresh smell that has lasted forever in our house.

When you are planning your baby shower make sure to sit and really think about what you will need. The first few month of life are sleeping, eating and going to the bathroom. Make your job a little easier and get what you are really going to use and what will make your life a little easier.
