  Hubbys favorite was the Holiday Christmas blend it was a medium roast with a clean crisp taste to it.  I of course was in love with the Jingle Bell Caramel.  You could smell this fantastic blend before we even opened the package.  It smelled like heaven and it tasted like it too.

  I have been in love with Enjoying tea for awhile.  I love to find great tea and their green teas really hit the spot.  They not only have a wide range of teas but they also have tea pots, tea trays and so much more.  If you are a tea lover no matter what you are looking for they have it here and at a fantastic price.

 

    

  Enjoying tea makes a perfect Holiday Present for your tea lover.  They have a wide range of loose leaf teas and bagged teas.  I have had a chance to try a few of them they were all fantastic.  There is nothing I love more than cuddling up in the cold weather with a hot cup of tea and a good movie.  The Earl Grey is one of my favorites. It’s a very light Earl Grey green tea that will warm you up from the inside.

      

  The tea tray really surprised me.  It was a beautiful design but from the picture I was wondering how you keep the tea from falling thru the bottom or staining the wood if I spilled it.   I was excited when I opened it; it is actually plastic with a tray at the bottom.  It still looks like a cute wood design but now if I spill the tray on the bottom catches it and it cleans up with just hot water and a towel.  I loved this one it looks like it would cost big buck but is very practical. 

      

  The infuser cup is perfect for any tea lover.  You can brew your tea right in your cup without the mettle taste of other infusers.  It is all made of the porcelain so all you get is the great taste of the tea.  It’s easy to use just put your tea in add water put the lid on then take off the top and the infuser and you are ready to go.

Fig Spreads

        As you all know I love to find great new food so when I got the chance to try out the fig spreads I was so excited.  I had never had a fig before so this was completely new for me.  The spreads came in a few different flavors.

Fig Orange spread

Organic Mission spread

Balsamic pepper spread

Fig and Port spread


I made a fig orange chicken with mine.   This was so easy to make.

Defrosted chicken

Cover with olive oil and season with garlic salt and pepper.

Bake at 350 for about 25 minutes.  I used tenderloins so it took a little less.

Take your chicken out and top with the fig and orange spread  

Place back in the over for 10 minutes

Take out and serve.


I could not believe how sweet this spread was. The chicken was perfect and had such a great flavor.  This is a must stock up on.

  With summer here we get so busy and a lot of times we don’t plan ahead, we just decide to go and we are out of here.  One of the biggest problems with that is we don’t have snacks ready to go.  With GoGo squeez that is no longer a worry.  Not only do they make a ton of flavors now (apple, apple with cinnamon, apple with pineapple, ECT) they also make them now with veggies too.  You know your kids are going to get all the nutrition they need and with a snack they will love.


  My little guy is a fruit and veggie lover and these are one of his favorites.  He would pick GoGo squeeze over a cookie any day.  I love that he is getting something healthy and he loves it.  The only suggestion I would have for them is to also make them in big kid packs.   As most of you know I love cooking.  One of the main things you need to be a good cook is a few good pans.  With this 12 in pan you can make just about anything and your food will turn out fantastic.  This non stick pan was a life saver for my home made hash browns.  I actually forgot about them for a few minutes. As most people know, it only takes a few minutes for spots of them to burn.  This pan distributed the heat so evenly as you can see below they were still perfect and they did not stick at all.  It was big enough to make hash browns for my family but also to make a whole Polish Sausage Skillet meal for family and friends.


  This awesome pan is 100% PTFE and PFOA Free.  It’s a ceramic pan with non-stick coating.  It has air pockets to help distribute the heat evenly and is even induction stove safe.  You cannot go wrong with this awesome pan.  It even comes in 3 different sizes so weather you need a bigger one like this or a smaller one they have the perfect one for you.
