Hello Fresh

Have you ever wanted to just not think about dinner? Or just need some meals that are quick and easy and shipped right to you? Then hello fresh is the way to go. They will deliver everything you need right to your door to make fresh and easy meals. When I say easy no they will not send you a box of Mac and cheese and a frozen thing of biscuits. They send you fresh ingredients along with the recipes to make a healthy and fast meal.

In my box I got the stuff to make Tarragon Chicken & Wheat Berry Salad, Cuban Style Beef Picadillo, and Roasted Vegetable Quesadillas. The box comes with everything you need down to the spices. They are separated by what you need in each recipe so no hunting for the right piece to the recipe. They are quick and easy meals all will take you about 30 minutes. As a busy family you can’t beat that. This was a fantastic review. I cannot tell you how much in love with Hello fresh our family is.

Omg is there anything better then a subscription box filled with awesome snacks. When I got the chance to check out EatsieBox I was so excited. You all know I am a true foodie and love to try everything out there. There is no better way to try a wide range of different snacks then with Eatsiebox. Cinnamon & Chocolate Pudding Donuts

Cutie Donuts Pan

These are so easy to make with my Cutie donut maker. I love that it is also healthier then fried donuts for my little ones and I can make two different kinds with just adding one ingredient. Just fill the pan and watch them bake. It’s that easy. They just slid right out of the pan and clean up was just a little soap and water and I was done.

Mix together

1.5 cups flour

1teasoon baking powder

1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/3 cup milk

1tablespoon butter

1egg

1/3 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

For pudding donuts just add 1 cup prepared chocolate pudding. Or if you have it 2 of the too go cups you buy at the store.

If you are making just Pudding donuts leave out the cinnamon.

That is all there is too it. It took about 7-10 minutes to cook and they were done. I let cool for a few minutes and we were eating.

I could have added frosting to them but they were already sweet and it’s less mess for when we are on the go.

The Scoop-N-Cut is the perfect everything tool. I used this to not only mix my batter but to place the batter in the pan. The bigger size was perfect size to fill the Donut pan. It has two different scoop sizes so you can use it for so many other things. You can also use the center of the Scoop-N Cut for cutting. It will slice right threw cookie dough for perfect sizing. This is a tool that every cook should have in the house.

Polish Sausage egg muffin bites Recipe

I love a quick and easy breakfast. I love even more I can freeze the leftovers and pull out and defrost for another day.

What you will need

Cutie cakes Mrs. Fields pan

Cheddar cheese

Polana Polish Sausage

Eggs

These are so easy to make

Cut up polish sausage and place a few pieces into a pan with some shredded cheese.

Beat eggs and pour into ban. (Fill to a little under the line)

Place in over at 350 for about 10-15 minutes.

This pan is so awesome I do not have to use non stick spray.

Makes perfect little egg bites for an easy breakfast on the go.

Some of you may have seen Kodiak Cakes on Shark Tank. Others may have just heard by word of mouth about this fantastic company. Either way they are a must try. I got to try out their flapjack and waffle mix and I am in love. I never thought anything that was healthier for you could taste this good. We have eaten these 4 days a week since they showed up. I am hooked on them. They make a wide range of products from brownie mix to cookies to flapjacks and more. Healthier foods that actually taste good I am in heaven.

I got to try the protein packed whole grain buttermilk, and the nutrient packed super foods. I liked them both but I am in true love with the whole grain buttermilk. I make a double batch and then freeze the extra. Just pop those in the microwave for about 15 seconds and you are ready to eat. It is perfect for the mornings that don’t have a lot of time. As you can see what I add to my flapjacks is not healthy at all, when I am done with them the butter and syrup covers them. It’s fantastic to know that the flapjacks themselves are healthier.

I am a country girl. I grew up with my mom getting up early every morning and making us breakfast before she head off to work. This was the days before the just add water and grill. She cooked from scratch Kodiak cakes brings me back to the old days. They taste fantastic and like they were made from scratch the only difference is for us at home we just have to add water to these for a fantastic breakfast. I think everyone should bring back the family breakfast for a healthier and happier day for all. Adding Kodiak Cakes will help you do this a lot quicker than our moms used to do it and even tastier.

Brownie Brittle

Sometimes my job is so hard. I had to review some of the best chocolate I have had the chance to review. Ok so it was actually one of the best times I have had during a review. Not only does the brownie brittle come in some fantastic flavors it is also only 120 calories per a serving. I know what you are thinking. No a serving size is not tiny. This whole bag is only 5 servings. I could eat the whole bag and still eat less calories then I would with a slice of my chocolate cake. Of course I never could eat this whole bag in one sitting.

The Mint Chocolate chip has a slight Mint flavor. I believe the chocolate chips in this one were the mint. So they taste was perfect. I could taste the mint without it overpowering the brownie flavor.

The Chocolate chip is fantastic. The brownie was crispy but the chocolate chips still melted in your mouth. I have no idea how they did that but it made for a perfect brownie brittle.

The salted Caramel was a perfect blend of sweet and salty. I had to hide this bag from hubby or it would have been gone in a day. If he asks anyone you have no idea what happened to it.lol

The Toffee Crunch was my favorite. I could not get enough of this one. I love the sweet toffee flavor mixed with the brownie. This one is truly a masterpiece of a snack. Just go ahead and buy this one by the case.

I loved the brownie brittle and I would tell everyone to get it. If you have a sweet tooth this will not only satisfy it, it will satisfy it with a whole lot less calories.

cookie mini muffins

Hershey kisses cookie mini muffins

I love Hershey kiss cookies. But my biggest problem is when you bake them on top of the cookie they just get a crusty outside and don’t melt at all. So I came up with a way to get that great taste and melted Hershey kiss.

I love cookie time

What you will need

Cutie cakes Mrs. Fields Pan

1 bag Hershey kisses

2 ¼ cups flower

¾ cup sugar

¾ cups brown sugar

2 eggs

1 table spoon hot water

1 table spoon Baking soda

2 sticks of butter

1 table spoon vanilla extract

Mix all ingredients together. Except for kisses

Fill about 1/3 of the way with cookie mix.

Put Hershey kiss inside and push down.

Cover the rest with cookie mixture.

Bake at 325 for about 15 minutes. Take out of pan and let cool.

These turn out so cool. You get your cookie with the kiss in the midle so it melts right in your mouth.

One of my favorite things to do during the holidays is making tins full of goodie to give out for the holidays. Unfortunately these days I just don’t have the time to measure; mix and cook for hours on end any more. With Kodiak Cakes I no longer have to spend endless hours to make great tasting treats for my friends. With their Oatmeal Dark Chocolate cookie mix , and their Double Chocolate Chunk brownie mix all my friends will get great tasting goodies and I can give to a whole lot more people. For the tins you can buy these at almost any dollar store.

The brownie mix truly is a wonder. Living in Colorado in high altitude I had about given up on ever making brownies again. No matter what I did boxed or homemade, high altitude directions or not they always ended up hard as a rock. I was truly impressed with the Kodiak Cake brownies. I followed the normal directions and they were fluffy, moist, and one of the best brownies I had ever tasted. These were so easy to make and tasted like heaven. I actually ate the whole first batch by myself I had to cook another batch to make my tins .lol

The all natural Oatmeal dark Chocolate cookies were fantastic. My son and husband both said they are the best chocolate chip oatmeal cookies they ever had. I totally agree with them. Once again they were so easy to make and even in the high altitude they turned out perfect.

These were both so easy to make and are going to make perfect holiday tins for my family and friends. If you are like me and love to give great tins for the holidays Kodiak Cakes will help you get it done faster and you will still have the great homemade taste you are looking for.

SweetLeaf Water Drops

If you are anything like me you always have a drink in your hand. I try and drink water all day but sometimes I just need flavor. I hate when I drink tons of calories and sugar, but I have found that almost anything with a good taste is going to add to your sugar and calorie count. I have tried the drops from other companies and while some of them are good tasting just like everything else they are just adding to my count every day. I love the flavored waters but same goes there the amount of sugar in them I might as well eat a candy bar.

When Sweetleaf first contacted me about their 0 calorie, 0 sugar and 0 carb water drops I was a little weary. Of course I wanted to try them I am always looking for something to flavor my water without adding to my counts. At the same time with 0 everything I was even more curious in what they would taste like. I can honestly say that I was in love at first squirt. Just open squirt in your water how much or little you want for taste and you are done. They were fantastic. I will use these every day. My favorite was the Strawberry Kiwi added just the right amount of taste to make my water something special for the day. The best thing is I don’t have to watch how much I use these.

I also loved that they came in a small bottle. You can carry it right in your purse and have it with you at all times. I can now also bring these with me when we go out to eat. Just order water and a few squirts and I am all set. I would also like to note the Lemon lime made great rice. I am a lemon girl I love the flavor. Today I went to make my lemon rice and found out I was out of lemons. So I thought why not. I added a few squirts to my water when it was boiling and then added my rice. It turned out fantastic.

I would completely recommend these to everyone. Whether you are just looking for a little flavor or your goal for the year is to get healthier these are a must.
