I was once told that if you wanted to post a movie review with no big spoilers to watch half, post the review then watch the rest.  Of course, you would still get a few spoilers, but not the big ending.  This is what I always try to do, but with Spider-Man I am having a harder time doing that.  I have a nagging question that I need answered for that could change the whole movie for me.

Most of us know Peter lost a great friend and mentor.  He is in the need of a break when Fury tries to get a hold of him.  I loved that Peter ghosted him. His class trip to Europe is here and he has an idea to get the girl he likes to notice him, also to take a break from being a superhero.  Everything goes wrong from the start.

Then he meets a man that we all fall in love with Mysterio.  Now here is where I have a few questions.  It seems funny that the perfect new mentor and all around nice guy showed up right at the perfect time.  So my questions are

Is Mysterio really the hero we think he is?

Is Mysterio Really there to help?

Does Mysterio have another agenda?

Now as I said I have not finished the movie so you will all find out when you watch the movie.  I really like him so I am hoping he is exactly what we see. What do you think?  Leave me  message in the comments.

We got Stuber on digital to review all opinions are are own.

OMG its has been so long since we got a great comedy cop movie. Stuber is going up there with one of my new favorites that I will watch over and over again.  I did not stop laughing the whole movie.

When a cop has to get Lasik surgery he still wont stop on his mission to catch the bad guy.  When he realizes he can not drive himself he calls a Uber, driven by a very nice guy who works a few jobs to help others dreams come true.  When he says he will do anything to keep his 4 star rating he was not kidding.

As he gets pulled along into the investigation with a cop who has no limits he starts to find his own voice at the same time.   Our Uber driver is in love with his best friend he wont tell her, but he is telling everyone else that will listen.  Which all leads to a bunch of weird, funny and fun advice.

This was such a fun movie to watch. Action, Adventure, and a whole lot of laughs all in one movie.

DOOM PATROL The complete first season on DVD #wbpartner

This is one for older people not your kids Superhero show 🙂

 

I was so excited to see Doom Patrol season one.  I love a great superhero series.  Now Doom Patrol is a whole different level. We have a set of superheroes who are not really superheroes, they swear and have a more adult kind of humor.  We have a few I knew about and a few that I had not heard of.

Each of the Doom Patrol got to where they were by an accident.  None of them asked to be this way and almost none of them know what they are doing.  They have not embraced their new powers.  In the first episode we find out a little on how each got their power or became the way they are. The Chief has brought them all together and protected them for many years.  After the Chief goes missing, they start to actually become a team after a lot of fighting of course lol

I have to say we have all seen the show mess with the superheroes mind there is normally 1 episode that they screw with their heads.  The poor Doom patrol is put threw the ringer they get it again and again.  Yet each time they do it we learn a little something new about the Doom Patrol.

Will they find the Chief?  Can they save him?  Will they ever become a real superhero team? All these questions will be answered and more. I truly enjoyed this new set of superheroes and I can’t wait to see where they go next season.

I would say this is not a series for your little ones.  Go ahead and watch it first, of course its up to you what they watch , this may have a little too strong language and some graphic parts.

OMG don’t tell me the Scooby Doo gang has retired.  This is the end of a era.  Its not time for them to go out and be kids.  No more mysteries no more ghost the mystery machine is gone.  Ya right do we believe that. Ya not for a second even if they did want to quit the mysteries always find them.

When Shaggy wins a vacation he gets to bring 3 guests and one pet with him.  That’s when the mystery starts again.  I loved this Scooby-Doo it was fun and exciting and surprising in the end.  I also loved the message of never break a promise to a friend.
