I knew I was gonna like Live and Local when I saw the preview from Pure Flix.  The show is about a group of people who work together at a radio station.  Their personalities sometimes clash, but they always seem to work things out in the end.

I recently viewed the latest episode 3 titled Totally Inoffensive.  It was pretty funny.  Tommy is set in his ways, and decides he’s going to ignore the new changes made by Jerry.  In the mean time, Tina, who is filled with energy, tries to bring more life to the station.

Personalities are so different, but together they work. 

I love this show and the way it lifts me up when I watch it.  It teaches me how people can work together to overcome obstacles, and also makes me laugh. It has a great group of actors including Dave Coulier (Joey from Full House) who has always been a favorite of mine.

You might never have braised beef before, but it is a method of cooking meat that can be amazing, in part because it tends to do very little to the product itself, and it has a way of holding in the meat’s natural juices. Of course, one of the favorite ways to prepare beef around the world is the steak. There are a lot of kinds of steak out there, and part of the joy is trying out as many of them as possible. Some of them are very well known, such as your rumps and sirloins, and others are much less so. One of the lesser-known steak types is probably the picanha, which is a Latin American form of steak that might otherwise be known as the round, in other words from the back part of the animal.
