I was very interested when I got the chance to check out bean stalks. These are snacks make from beans. Pinto beans, Green beans, and Cannellini beans they also come in three different flavors. They have Cheddar, Sea salt, and BBQ they are Gluten free and non gmo.

We all know how I am when it comes to healthy eating it’s not really up my alley I need something that taste good. There is No point in eating if it does not taste good. So of course I went straight for the sea salt, I would lick a salt lick if hubby would let me. To my surprise I loved them. They really were not over salted and they did not taste like a healthy snack. They were delicious. So of course little guy wanted to check them out and he stole the entire bag.

This time of year it’s hard to find a good snack for after school and for sports events. This is a perfect one to add to your shopping list. Your kids will love them and you will not have to feel guilty about giving them these.

Hubby and little guy fell in love with the Cheddar and the BBQ they each claimed their bag and hide them from the rest of us. I am so glad this is a healthier snack I can give my family and it taste great. So many companies go healthier and forget about the taste not Mediterranean snacks they decided to master both.

Head out to your local store and stock up. These are a great snack for lunches and after school that you will not feel bad about.

Chomps Snack Sticks

Finding the right snacks to send with hubby in his lunch can be challenging. When he is at work he rarely has time to eat lunch let alone have a snack. He works a ten hour day so I need something that will keep his energy up, tastes good and if he puts it down won’t go bad in just a few minutes. If he gets distracted he might not be able to get back to his food for quite awhile.

I love that these are a great source of protein to help keep his energy up all day. They are gluten free, 100% Non-GMO Grass-Fed Angus Beef which is sourced from New Zealand. They also come in fantastic flavors so hubby is excited to eat them during the day. They have Hoppin Jalapeno, Original flavor, and Crankin Cran. Hubbys favorite was the Jalapeno it had great flavor that did not overwhelm them beef flavor. They are great to throw in your lunch box; they are ready to go when you are.

Mommy’s Time Out

Its time for Mommy’s Time Out

Sometimes as a mom you need to give yourself a time out. There is no reason to feel bad about needing some time. It’s how we moms stay sane. After 12 hours straight of mommy, mommy, mommy, cleaning, cooking and more it’s ok to give yourself a time out. If you love wine then mommy’s time out wine is perfect a little treat. Why shouldn’t you have a nice treat you have a somewhat clean house everyone is alive and you have clean underwear. Job well done for the day.

I have read before that a glass of wine can not only help your mood but can help you lose weight. Making sure you have a little time to yourself and relaxing even if it’s only once and awhile can lower your stress levels and aid in weight loss. I read it so it must be true and I like to believe that it is. “Sorry honey I need a glass of wine and a few minutes to myself I am trying to lose weight” ( lol sounds good to me).

I loved my mommy’s time out wine I picked the Delicious pink. It had a nice fruity flavor and the alcohol in it was not over powering. I enjoyed this with a few good friends and they all loved it. If you like a wine with subtle fruit flavors and a crisp clean taste this is the way to go. They have a few others you can choose from so if you like a little stronger red wine I would suggest the Delicious red. They also have a Garganega Pinot Grigio that I would love to try. Don’t worry dads they did not forget about you they even have a daddy’s day off wine. No matter is you are a stay at home mom a working mom or a single mom make sure you get a little time out for yourself and enjoy this delicious wine.

Funny Wine Glass

“What Night?” Funny Wine Glass Review

Besides the stem less wine glasses I have this is the first wine glass I have every owned. I am very particular about my stem wear in my house. I don’t want to have just the old boring glasses. Anyone can have those. I have always loved the hand painted glasses but let’s be honest most of those run about $50.00 a piece and I am not about to spend that on a wine glass at this point in my life.

When I got the chance to review this glass I was excited. It is cute I would buy this one to start my collection and the price at $17.95 right now is perfect. It is cute, funny and reasonable priced. I like that it is not just the ordinary glass with nothing special about it. I love that it is unique not something you can just buy at the local liquor store. This glass worked perfect and I love the lines it really does give me an idea of what to pour for the day. I can see threw it still so I know what I am pouring and what I am drinking. Everyone that came over loved this Wine glass. If you like unique and funny stem wear then this one would be the perfect glass to add to your collection or start your collection.

Tootsie Roll Hot Cocoa

Tootsie Roll Hot Cocoa Sampler

OMG its hot coco. As you all know I m a hot coco lover. I cannot get enough but before two rivers coffee introduced me to these wonderful new flavors I had always stuck with just one kind. I cannot believe the different flavors of this fantastic hot coco there is. My favorite was of course the Tootsie roll hot coco. This has such a fantastic flavor and was a stronger hot coco flavor.

Hubby was in love with the Charleston chew hot coco. With a slight taste of mocha. The thin mint was a perfect add to the holiday season with a slight hint of mint and coco it was like a warm holiday drink. The sugar baby has a slight caramel taste to it.

Each of these flavors had its own distinct flavor added to the hot coco that made it special and unique. I loved them all. I read once that having a cup of hot coco at night can help reduce stress and help you lose weight. I am sure going to test out this theory with these wonderful flavors. I get my hot coco every night while battling stress. I loved every single one of these flavors and would recommend them to everyone. You can buy this awesome set of hot cocoas on Amazon.

I got a chance to try out this wonderful coffee for a review and it was fantastic. This is a very easy coffee to make. For our new college students there is nothing I can recommend more for your new Apartment or Dorm room then a great water pitcher. Reading reviews for water filtering products on websites like https://waterfilterway.com taught me that a water filter can save a lot of money. Let’s say it’s been a few years seine I went to college but one thing that always rubbed me wrong, was having to pay $2 for one bottle of water. When I had a 10 hour day if I forgot my supplies, I would end up spending $10 a day just to have enough water to drink. Not to mention if you live in the dorm rooms you are either going to waste a ton of money on bottles of water, or you can buy a few reusable bottles and fantastic taste water for FREE. This is a perfect gift for the college student on your list. Make sure while you are at the store pick up one for yourself too. In our house alone this little baby saves us over $1000 a year and countless plastic bottles in the landfill.

I have been threw a ton of water pitchers living where we do we have a ton of sulfur in the water. Not one pitcher has helped so far, until I tried the PUR the water taste fantastic and I could drink this all day. I no longer buy any water bottles I just got a few glass ones and I refill them with the pitcher. This is the perfect way to go. I just have to mention once again the water is the best I have tasted from a water pitcher ever.

I was so excite when I found out that all PUR filters fit into all of the pitchers and dispensers. No more reading the back off all the boxes to find out if it fits your model. The one filter will filter over 40 gallons which will last about 2 months. The filter is very easy to install and the water reservoir is not only big but drains fast. I was truly impressed with this pitcher. I would recommend it to everyone.
