              Gurin Aromatherapy Essential Oil Diffuser Review

 

    I had never used an essential oil diffuser before so when I got the chance to try this one out I was very excited.  I loved that this one changes colors it was what drew me to it in the first place.  When it came I was even more impressed with the design on it and the different levels of colors you could choose from.  I could change the color every day and it looked beautiful in my house.  


   It worked perfect and I love that it had a timer I could set it to go off for a half hour a day and my house was smelling fresh.  This one is very easy to use just fill with water and a little of the oil and it is ready to go.  If you are looking for an oil diffuser that is easy to use and looks great in your home you can’t go wrong with this one,  it’s a great price and very easy to use.    For those that are worried about it getting to hot this one got a little warm but never got hot to the touch.

If you have very little room in your bathroom like I do you need to find cute pieces to decorate with that are also functional.  When I got to try the three tier floor stand for review I was so excited.  This piece of furniture was perfect for our bathroom.

The stand had three shelves so there is plenty of room for my bath supplies but fits in the corner between my tub and my toilet.  I used to have a bucket on the side.  With a potty training 4 year old this was not a good idea his aim is not perfect.  Now everything is off the floor protected and looks great.  When company comes over they don’t just see a bucket full of stuff next to the bathtub.

        Francois et Mimi Hammock Two-Tier Fruit Bowl Review


   I love to find great home décor.  I am always looking for something that is beautiful and functional.  For many years now I have wanted a way to hold our fruit that was not just a bowl on my counter.  When I just throw it in a bowl I have to admit I can never see what I have at a glance and I end up buying more of what I already have and not what we really need.  When I got the chance to try out the two their fruit bowl I was so excited.


    Not only does this Hammock fruit bowl have a beautiful design but it looks great on my kitchen table.  I can see at a glance what I have and what I need, and it lets baby boy see what we have.  He now just walks up and grabs a piece of fruit instead of asking for something unhealthy.  I got back some counter space by not having a big bowl sitting on the counter.  This was very easy to put together it took me and baby boy a few seconds.  At the price right now on Amazon $19.99 you cannot go wrong.  This really is a perfect accent piece for any household that also will keep your fruits right out there to grab and snack on.  I also love that it is an open design so it lets the air get to the fruit.  When it is all just sitting on each other in a bowl it tends to go bad faster.

Make your bathroom welcoming to all.

For me, I share a bathroom with hubby and baby boy. That is right! All three of us in a little bathroom. There is no separate guest bathroom. Our one does it all- baths, showers, play time, potty training and where our guests go. As you can imagine, this is one of the most used rooms in our house! We recently had to have a tub refinishing glaze put on our tub because it gets used that much but now it looks brand new and there are no more grubby marks on it. There are a few decorating and organizing things you can do to help not only with space, but to not feel like you are in a kids bathroom all the time.

 

  1. Get baskets. Hubby gets one and little guy gets one. All their items go into their own baskets so you don’t have shaving stuff and toys filling up the bathroom. Just put the baskets away when they are done and no more clutter.
  2. Get a shoe organizer for the back of the bathroom door. All my hair and body products are in here so I can find them easy but they are out of the way. I have way more than the other two so I get more room.
  3. Pick the right bathroom theme. We all want our kids to have a fun bathroom but let’s be honest- it’s not that relaxing and does not look like a welcoming guest bathroom when sponge bob is watching you pee or take a bath. If you share a bathroom, pick a universal theme. We just did blue. Easy to match and you can mix any color of blue and it looks like you did it on purpose.
  4. Bathroom faucets. You want to pick a sleek design that is universal but also cleans up easily. These are what everyone will see. When they use the bath tub, or wash their hands. If you have ones you really like you are more likely to keep them clean, and believe me, people will notice these fixtures.
  5. Towel racks. Here is where I made a mistake. I had just enough of them to hang our bath/shower towels. Nowhere for hand towels or anything else. When guests came I was running around trying to move towels and find good places for new ones.
  6. Air freshener. Keep a plug in going all the time. When everyone is using the same bathroom this can help give it the just cleaned smell. No one wants to know what someone else just did in there.
  7. The right bath rugs can make it more homey feeling.

I can’t believe it’s time to stock up on back to school supplies. I am seeing post after post of people heading out shopping this week and when it comes to printer ink they are spending way more then they need too. These days every teacher wants everything typed. In college we even had to re type our notes print them and turn them in at the end of the semester. The one think I never counted in my budget was how much I was going to spend on ink. This is a great time to think ahead for the school year and stock up on not only black ink but also color ink. Ink really is amazing when you think about it – it’s so versatile. One person might be using it for scholastic purposes while another might require it for something more industrial. The new pigment inks for industrial component marking really are something – not that we’ll need them – but I can imagine that they’ll be in high demand by manufacturers due to their heat-resistant properties. It just makes you sit back for a second and consider the wide applications of ink – maybe I’ve been thinking about ink for too long… Anyway…
If you have kids in the younger grades you will still have to print quite a bit with weekly schedules and lunch menus, some schools even send permission slips by e-mail know that you have to print. You don’t want your kids to miss out on a special school trip because you are out of ink. Most people forget that back to school supplies are for more than just the kids. Think of how much more you are doing too; make sure to stock up for not only what your kids will need but also what you will need for the year.

       When I first got the chance to check this out I was excited to find out how they would work.  I work from home and we rent our house so we don’t want to put holes in the wall.  My work space right now is just a jumble mess of sticky notes and pads of paper.  I needed somewhere where I could have everything in one place and see it from where I was sitting.  This board went up so easy just press against the wall and I was done.  I even have the bumpy walls and it stuck right to it.   This eco static board uses static to stick right to the wall. 


One the board you can use a dry eraser pen and normal Cleaning Supplies to clean it off.  You can also use the Ecostatic inc. Recycled Glue Free SlickyNotes Note pad.  These stick right to it so you can have easy on and off notes.  I also like to keep track of what I have to do for the day and stuff my family is in to for early Christmas shopping. Shoplet Reusable hooks

I love to find great office supplies so when I got the chance to check out the reusable hooks and packaging tape I was excited.   We are always sending out packages and we go through a ton of packaging tape.  I have used the cheep packaging tape and I can tell you from first hand experience do not buy the cheep stuff.  You will spend more time tearing the ripped pieces off to try and get your package closed.  This packaging tape was easy to use.  The tape its self is thick but you can still see threw it so you can see the address below the tape.  The tape its self is strong you actually need a lot less of this take to make sure the package will stay closed.  The Packaging tears the tape perfectly no struggling and the tape its self unwinds perfectly.  I truly loved this tape.  It is small enough it fits into a desk drawer but holds enough tape to make it worth buying.


  The Geckoteck reusable hooks I Loved.  They were so easy to install and I did not need any tools at all.  Just clean the area let it dry and adhere the hook.  Make sure you get all the bubbles out and bam you are done.  If you do decide you want to change the area just grab a hairdryer warm it up.  It will come right off and you can re stick it.  I loved these hooks for our house we have jackets everywhere and I just attached this hook to the back of the door and I was done.  It holds out jackets perfectly and has not fallen off once.  The smaller hook I used on my bedroom mirror to hold all my hair things that I always have lying around.  I was truly impressed with these hooks.

If you are anything like me you always went out and bought those packs of pens for .99. Great deal right. Well not so much I cannot tell you how many times I fall for it I buy the pens bring them home and more than half of them never work. When I do finally find one that works it is not that great just signing my name sometimes I have to go over it 3 or 4 times to make the ink come out. Whether it is the use of gel pens that people prefered, fountain pens or whiteboard markers from sites like writeyboards.com, when it comes to the quality of pens, you get what you pay for.

Have you ever been on the phone have to write something down and you are saying “hold on I need to find a pen that works” this is daily for me.


I was so excited when I got the chance to try out the Pental Pens. Not only when I go out to a meeting I am now pulling out a pen that looks good the retractable gel pen is my favorite it looks fancy and works like a dream. I know it’s going to work every time I need it.


The Retractable ball point pens are perfect for my office and a pen to keep next to the phone. Speaking of the office, I’ve recently been looking at some of the Office Furniture available online. I had just been checking out some of the When I have Avon customers call they get right on their order there is no time for me to find a pen they are usually calling me on their break from work and have to get it in and done. I have not had one problem with this pen it has worked every time and it is a very easy pen to write with.


I have always been a Mechanical pencil lover this one was very easy to maneuver and I love love love that it came with an extra jumbo eraser. Just click to use the pencil and twist to get the eraser out. This is a wonder for my little guy when we are practicing his number and letter he can erase when he gets it wrong and it fits perfect not only in my big hand but also in his little hand.
