Every state has their own form of sale tax.  In California every county has different sales tax.  It is said California now has the highest tax in the nation. Part of the sales tax goes to the city, the county, and the state.  What does this mean?  That when running a business, paying your taxes or anything else to do with taxes make sure you are knowable about sales tax or contact a good sales tax consultant.

These are the people who can answer every question.  Just doing a little research on the internet can get you in a whole lot of trouble.  Having people who have made this their life work can help keep you out of trouble and getting everything right the first time.

There is so much that goes into sales taxes.  What they are for when to pay them what you pay on, how much.  I know when I was ales taxtrying to figure these things out, I was lost.  No matter how much I read there was three more things to read to go along with each rule.  That is why having the right person on your side helping you with everything step by step will make a difference.

What is sales tax?

A sales tax is a consumption tax imposed by the government on the sale of goods and services. A conventional sales tax is levied at the point of sale, collected by the retailer, and passed on to the government

There are a few tools you can use like a sales tax calculator This is a great tool to use Free online 2019 US sales tax calculator. Fast and easy 2019 sales tax tools for businesses and people from the United States.

There are many tools to help get you along your way.  First thing you should do is decide if this is something you want to do by yourself or get help with.  If it is something you want to figure out on your own then start reading all laws and rules and get to know everything.  If you would like great tips and tricks make sure to find someone you trust and like to help you along the way.  There are also many out there that can help with just pieces if something confuses you.

Please note I am not a tax professional this is only my opinion on things.  Some people are geniuses at this stuff and can pick it up in days.  I am not one of those people and I need some help.  If you are like me make sure to ask for help if you need it.  You don’t have to go it alone

Playing With Fire on DVD and Blu-ray

We got this fantastic Playing With Fire DVD and kit free in exchange for an honest review.  All opinions are my own

When a highly trained team of SmokeJumpers looses half of their team they are left with just the 4 of them.  When a call comes in about a fire they head out and save 3 adorable kids that turn out to be a hand full for these 4.   I have to admit these three are so wild I would be going nuts with them too.

The three kids seem like they are trying to be bothersome and they are hiding something.  After they try and get away Jake Carson (John Cena) finally gets to the bottom of it.  That is when they start to work together and it gets even funnier.

What happens when you mix highly trained rough guys with 3 wild kids?  A whole lot of fun for us to watch.  This movie was fun and exciting and will be on our family movie night watch list for a long time.

This set also has some great bonus content.  they have story time with John Cena, Deleted scenes, blooper and so much more.

What you should look for in a personal injury lawyer

tabbyspantry 2 Comments

this is a collaborative post

Should you find yourself searching for attorneys in Augusta GA or Columbus, Atlanta or anywhere at all, it is important that you look for the right credentials in a personal injury lawyer. Rather than simply looking for the nearest or least expensive option, there are several points that you should be on the lookout for to get the best legal representation.

Get an attorney in your subject area

Whether your injury arose from a road traffic accident or a defective product you used, you must seek out a personal injury lawyer who is specifically focused in this area. Getting the legal backing of someone who understands this area of the law inside and out will ensure you have the best chance of receiving compensation.

Seek out reputation and a track record

Ensure you go after the personal injury lawyers who have built up an extensive resume of successful cases for themselves and who are highly regarded. As helpful as it is for you to know that they are accomplished, it is also likely to mean that those within the relevant domains associated with personal injury are also familiar with your lawyer.

This basically means that people such as insurance companies are likely to know which lawyers won’t just settle and are likely to take the case as far as it can go. So, having someone on your side who is a known entity can be a big advantage.

Find a lawyer with a good team around them

It is not just the lawyer themselves that you are buying into when choosing representation, however, but also the team around them. Ask around first of all and try to get answers to questions such as ‘what is their team and practice like?’ If the answer is that they are diligent and tenacious, then that is always a good start!

For example, in this case of the researcher who made all of the difference to the case they were working on, it proves that you want someone on your side who is part of a great team that collaborates to get the best results.

Choose someone who listens and cares

A sign of a good lawyer is someone who takes a step back, listens to you first of all and then shows you that they understand the emotional burden of your situation. Rather than having someone who talks at you rather than listens to you, you should be looking for a lawyer that makes plenty of notes while you are speaking and then reassures you that they care about your case. These are often the best lawyers you will find.

Find someone who gives you confidence

Another characteristic of an excellent lawyer is someone who takes on all the details that are bound to overwhelm you – such as filing deadlines and understanding medical reports. Meanwhile, they make you feel you are in good hands, safe to let them take control of your situation and give you confidence in them to win your case for you.

Call of the Wild

I am so excited for Call of the Wild.  Does anyone else remember this book?  One of our favorite.

About Call of the Wild
Adapted from the beloved literary classic, 20th Century Studios’ “The Call of the Wild” vividly brings to the screen the story of Buck, a big-hearted dog whose blissful domestic life is turned upside down when he is suddenly uprooted from his California home and transplanted to the exotic wilds of the Canadian Yukon during the Gold Rush of the 1890s. As the newest rookie on a mail delivery dog sled team–and later its leader–Buck experiences the adventure of a lifetime, ultimately finding his true place in the world and becoming his own master. As a live-action/animation hybrid, “The Call of the Wild” employs cutting edge visual effects and animation technology in order to render the animals in the film as fully photorealistic–and emotionally authentic–characters. “The Call of the Wild” stars Harrison Ford, Omar Sy, Dan Stevens, Karen Gillan and Bradley Whitford. Directed by Chris Sanders from a screenplay by Michael Green, based on the novel by Jack London, the film was produced by Erwin Stoff, p.g.a. and James Mangold, p.g.a., with Diana Pokorny and Ryan Stafford serving as executive producers. Rated PG. Opens in theaters February 21.
