We all know just how stressful being a parent can be; you’ve got kids to raise, a lot of errands to run, and a lot of budgeting and bill paying to keep up with as well. And every so often it’s nice to moan about these things, despite knowing you wouldn’t have it any other way! 

 

However, when you’re starting to absolutely dread getting up in the morning, it’s clear that something needs to change. You can’t take on everything at once, and your daily to do list should never be impossible to work through. And that’s why we’ve collected some pointers below; put them to good use and help take the pressure off during the day. 

 

If only it was that simple!

 

Don’t Bottle Anything Up

 

The most important thing to do when your to do list is getting on top of you is to talk about it! You should never bottle up your frustration, because it might explode out of you otherwise, and the entirely wrong person will get it in the neck. 

 

Don’t be passive aggressive, don’t keep it to yourself, just talk openly about how much you have to do today. You never know when someone you love will offer to take a few tasks on for you. And if they don’t, it’s never bad to ask for a bit of help from them! 

 

Assign Tasks on a Monthly Basis

 

Do you really have to do everything right now? Think about it: does your to do list have to be so long? Or can some things be put off for a little while and be done another day, or reassigned entirely? 

 

For example, if you’re thinking about washing the cushion covers and cleaning behind the sofa, but you’ve also got a lengthy meeting to attend, one of these jobs can wait for another day! Save it for the end of the month and you’ll welcome in the first day of the next month with some fresh furniture to relax on! 

 

Remember, There’s Help Out There

 

Finally, it’s important to remember that you’re never going to be alone in taking on the world. There are a lot of people to rely on in your personal life, who would hate to hear you struggling, and quite a few services you can turn to as well. For example, if you want some professional advice because elderly relative care is getting on top of you, a nursing home advisor won’t be hard to get in touch with. 

 

So the next time you’re worried about how much you’re taking on, and the signs are showing in your mental state, reach out and just talk to someone about it. Take the weight off even just a little by sharing the problem out loud, and never be afraid to actually ask for help. People are always more forthcoming than we first think!

I have been waiting so long for this one.  As you know we left off with Mysterio naming Peter Parker and framing him.  When we start off the world is starting to take side some are against Spider-Man and other know he did not do anything.  As this starts to effect his and his friends lives more and more he looks for a way to fix it.  This of course ends up going bad and brining people from all the Multi Verses into his world.  This ends up very bad for him, but also helps a few of the other Spider-Man from the other universes to get closer on what has happened to them.

I have to say seeing all the other movies I knew the back story and a few of the things that happened almost brought me to tears.  Happy tears and sad tears.  I was not happy with the way it ended, but of course that is the Marvel Universe and we will have to wait to see if that is the way it will stay.

No matter how old you are when you take out a mortgage, you will need to be sure that you can afford the repayments throughout the full term of the mortgage, including any outstanding balance that remains after you have retired. A mortgage broker can help you find a mortgage suitable for your age. The kind of property you have can make a difference too, so check whether you would be better in a bungalow or a townhome (what is a townhome?). 

 

If you are having a problem with age limits or repayments, you could look at a lifetime mortgage, which is a kind of equity release. If you do this, you will need to keep in mind that releasing equity in your property can have an impact on how eligible you are for some benefits, and what your estate will be worth when you die. 

 

Some lenders offer retirement interest-only (RIO) mortgages, which means you will only pay off the interest, keeping your repayments more manageable. 

 

Can I Get A Mortgage After I Retire?

If you have retired, you could still be able to get a mortgage. A lender should still be willing to accept you if they feel confident that you will be able to pay back your loan. You can improve your chances if:

  • You have a good amount of savings for a deposit
  • You have a strong credit score
  • You own your current home outright. If you do, you will be able to access some of the money that is tied up in that property. You could use this as an up-front payment on another home or released as a cash lump sum with a lifetime mortgage. With this kind of mortgage, you won’t have any required monthly repayments, so you won’t need to prove an ongoing income to your lender. However, remember that this could affect the value of your estate and entitlement to any means-tested benefits. 
  • You can show a lender proof of ongoing income, such as a private pension or earnings from investments or shares. 

 

As you get older, it’s likely that you already have a decent history of borrowing behind you, which could help you to get a mortgage today. If you have already proven that you have been responsible with your money in the past, so you might be viewed as a reliable option by a mortgage lender.
