Do you have a little one or a big one that loves sports?  Then this is the gift to get them.  I could not believe it when I got the chance to check out Game Day Sports boards this is right up not only baby boys alley but also hubs.  We love playing basket ball and yes as you can see we play in the house.  Keeping score when we have a few different people playing can get confusing especially for little guy.  Now we can play our fun games and keep track on our new Score Board.

I got the chance to try the Total Colon & Detox 7 day Slim System and was pleasantly surprised.

Lavender Essential Oil

When I got the chance to try the lavender oil I was very excited.  I loved the peppermint oil I had tried and I was sure I was going to love this one too.  When it first opened it I could smell it immediately it was a nice strong smell that I love.  I used this one if a few different ways.  When I got a headache I used a little on my temples and laid down for a minute and it really did help.  I also used a little on my temples at night to help relax me and sooth me to sleep.  It was also awesome added to my bath water for a nice relaxing smell and left my skin feeling silky soft.

You can use essential oils for so many different things it is just amazing.  I love that they are natural and help me with everyday needs.  Like finally relaxing after the 3 year old passes out lol.  The lavender one can be use to Relax, Release stress, tension, anxiety. It can also help with minor skin irritations and sun burns.  It can help ease nausea and clear oily skin.  There are so many uses for this one product it is just incredible.  I would totally recommend this Lavender oil to everyone.

Does this work?  Yes, yes it does.  I took this at night and it started working first thing in the morning.  It did not leave me running for the bathroom every 2 minutes but I could tell it was working.  I could tell a weight loss in just a day or two.  It does not give you those uncomfortable stomach cramps but you will be surprised by how much comes out.  They are a very easy cleanse to take.  I took them just once a day because I know what I can handle for the day.  You can take them up to twice a day but that is a little much for me.  They worked on the first day and keep on working for even 2 days after I stopped taking them.

Syono Gel Insoles

When I first got these to try I instantly thought of hubby.  Both of his feet have been rebuilt after a car accident and nothing he has found so far has helped even a little.  Shoe shopping with him is worse than going with Carrie from Sex In The city hours of looking just for him to find nothing that will work.  Every other gel insoles that we have tried before just squished out of the sides and it never helps.  When he got these to try he was very weary but of course he is willing to try anything that will help his feet not hurt for the day.

After just a few hours of wearing these he was already in love. They do make the shoes more comfortable with the gel, but they are firm enough that the gel does not squish out from underneath your pressure points.   He is so excited he had now found an awesome gel insole that he can use in all of his shoes that saves him a whole lot of pain.  We have looked for years and finally found something that not only helps him but is also an awesome price I would totally recommend them to everyone.

As most of you know I love my breakfast shakes but I am also very picky about which ones I drink.  If this is going to be my meal it better taste good and leave me feeling full.  When this new review showed up I was so excited to try it.  Little did I know that this would be a life saver for me at the same time.  About 5 days after getting my deliver I had a tooth go bad and when I mean bad I mean 2 extractions and 2 implants put in.  I was told no solid food for about a week.  For someone like me this is a death sentence.  But luckily I had these shakes and guess what they rocked.  Not only was I left feeling full but they really helped coat my stomach so when I had to take all my pills I was not getting sick.

As most of you know from other reviews I take Vitamin B and Vitamin D every day along with a multi vitamin.  I know I am not going to eat right all day and I if I don’t take a multi vitamin then I will be missing on some much needed vitamins to keep my daily energy up and to be more healthy.   When  got the chance to meet Garden of life at Blogher 14  I was so excited.  Not only do they make a multi vitamin they have a full range of single vitamins and other products that will help you in your daily life.

When I saw that Garden of life made one of my favorite vitamins in a spray I almost jumped out of my seat with excitement.  I take vitamin B and D every day with my multi vitamin and even though I do not have a problem taking pills I really don’t like having to take a handful every day.  All you have to take in one spray a day and you are done.  Vitamin b12 will not only help you keep your energy level up, but it will also help support your metabolism and heart health.  Even at 34 I need to make sure I am supporting a healthy heart and none of us wants our metabolism to go downhill.  Speed it up baby mama wants a chocolate cake.
