As most of you know I love my breakfast shakes but I am also very picky about which ones I drink. If this is going to be my meal it better taste good and leave me feeling full. When this new review showed up I was so excited to try it. Little did I know that this would be a life saver for me at the same time. About 5 days after getting my deliver I had a tooth go bad and when I mean bad I mean 2 extractions and 2 implants put in. I was told no solid food for about a week. For someone like me this is a death sentence. But luckily I had these shakes and guess what they rocked. Not only was I left feeling full but they really helped coat my stomach so when I had to take all my pills I was not getting sick.
I lost about 5 ponds this week and I am happy to know I did not just loose it because of lack of food. I still got all the nutrients I needed but still lost some weight. My favorite of course was chocolate. What can I say I am a chocolate girl. But the other flavors Vanilla, strawberry and mocha were also fantastic. I tried them all and seeing how this is all I was having I switched them up all day long so it was like I was getting something new every time.
The single serve bottles are fantastic for the mom on the go. Just throw a few of these in your car and you are ready to go. All you have to do is add water and shake. They only have 110 calories and all the vitamins you will need to help you keep going.
I did get a chance to try out the lemon bars before I could not eat and if you are a lemon lover like me these are a must have. They are tangy and sweet and really hit the spot with my sweet tooth.
If you are a mom looking to lose that baby weight or just want to get healthier and lose some weight these are truly the way to go. They also have a whole line of food so every meal is covered. There pancakes look fantastic. This is one of the only weekly food companies that I have seen that look like the food is actually good and something you will want to eat.
I am so excited I found these companies’s and I would recommend them to everyone. The mommy slim company also sent a book to help new mommy’s they have different sections in the book for breastfeeding moms and non breast feeding moms. They have tips and trick to help you get the most out of it.
