As most of you know we don’t get to go to the movies.  Little guy can not handle sitting in the theater.  When he saw the trailer for Ron’s Gone Wrong he went nuts. This was one of the first times that he saw a trailer and never forgot it.

When we got the digital download we could not even wait 1 day to watch he was ready with his juice and pop corn right away.

This is a great movie about a B-Bot. Names Ron.  In a world full of technology you can now have a robot that is your best friend and knows everything about you.  This friend will never be more then 6 feet away and will help you with anything you need.

When Barney’s birthday comes all he really wants his is own B-Bot.  They are expensive and his dad finally gets a chance to get him one.  One thing is wrong, Ron can not connect to the network and does not have any of the right programing.  So barney starts making up his own programing and teaching Ron.  Everyone can see that Ron is wrong but him and Barney are best friends and they will do anything to save each other.

Most moms are really good at being organized p- they have to be if they are to get the children ready for school and extracurricular activities while managing the household, looking after everyone’s health, and …well you get the idea, So, it is fair to say that more moms should be applying to be virtual assistants. Their clients will benefit from having the most organized help ever, and working moms will benefit from being able to work flexibly from home doing a job that plays to their skillset, so

 

HVAC Repair

 

HVAC repair, plumbing, and other similar trades have long been the preserve of the male of the species, but these days, more and more women are choosing to go into them, although there are still too few ladies choosing such careers.

 

When you think about it, being an HVAC repair person is a great job for a mom to have because, not only can you study for your qualifications at home via AtHomePrep, but the job can be very flexible. It’s really easy to book clients in for times when your kids are at school or otherwise engaged, and the pay is good enough that you don’t have to work every hour to make ends meet. So, if you think you could be good at it, why not give it a go?

 

Tech

 

Although things have gotten better recently, tech is still very much a male-dominated industry and that needs to change. It needs to change because women use tech just as much as men, and their experiences and needs are not often taken into account. By training as a programmer, developer, or data scientist, for example, you could blaze the trail and put women at the forefront of tech, while potentially also working from home and setting a great example to your kids of what is possible if you work hard and want to achieve a goal.

I am so excited for the new season of Go Dog Go.  This was one of my favorite books growing up and I love that I can now read the book to my little guy then we can continue it with the show.  We are on season 2 and it just gets better and better.  If you have a little one like me some times you need a few minutes of quite time.  I can turn on Go Dog Go and not worry about what he is watching and have a few minutes for that nice cup of tea at night.

4 Tips For Storing Food Safely

There are several things that you should always do as a matter of course when it comes to storing your food safely. This is part of fundamental food hygiene practice to guarantee that the foods we prepare have not been kept in an unhealthy setting and that they won’t harm us when we eat them or serve them to others. With that in mind, here are some of the things you should always do to ensure the best and safest forms of food storage.

Avoid Cross Contamination 

Cross contamination has the capacity to cause death. This is literally the situation, and there have been countless incidents of multiple fatalities when cross contamination in prep or storage was the most probable cause. Washing and properly storing goods before serving, if appropriate, may considerably reduce the risk.

 

The storage structure of a refrigerator is equally important. Always make sure meat is stored on the bottom levels of any fridge. This is designed to prevent liquid from seeping from the meat onto the food underneath. Raw meats and fish should always be stored in a separate area where they will not contaminate other goods.

 

Use Covers And Wraps 

Make it a habit to cover or wrap the food and return it to storage when you’re done with it. Food that is left out in the open is a tempting treat for pests and will result in you needing to contact Exterminator Now for help, plus it is more prone to cross contamination. 

 

It may sound simple, but when you’re pressed for time, it’s all too easy to overlook the importance of covering your food until it’s much too late. But keep in mind that this is about more than simply freshness. Anything can happen in a kitchen, such as touching food accidentally, spilling something on it, or bugs climbing over it without you noticing. So make sure you cover everything right away, even if you intend to use it in moments.

 

Time And Date 

Anything you might utilize in the future should be timed and dated before you store it. In this way, you’ll know how long the food has been in the fridge or freezer, and you’ll know whether it’s still safe to use. It also helps to reduce food waste; use the stored food in order, and you’ll have less to throw in the trash. 

 

Make Sure Your Appliances Are Cold Enough 

Your refrigerator and freezer are where you store a big percentage of your food, and they are meant to either inhibit or halt the development of germs and other diseases. The best temperature for a freezer is below 0°F, and for your fridge it’s best if it’s under 40°F. If they are more than stated temperatures, you are not keeping food properly in these locations, therefore use an appliance thermometer to ensure that your major appliances are operating correctly.

 

It’s far better to have to readjust your appliances or even buy new ones than it is to have them constantly storing food incorrectly and putting you and your family in danger.
