As most of you know from other reviews I take Vitamin B and Vitamin D every day along with a multi vitamin.  I know I am not going to eat right all day and I if I don’t take a multi vitamin then I will be missing on some much needed vitamins to keep my daily energy up and to be more healthy.   When  got the chance to meet Garden of life at Blogher 14  I was so excited.  Not only do they make a multi vitamin they have a full range of single vitamins and other products that will help you in your daily life.

These multi vitamins are USDA organic and NON GMO verified.  There are a few things I always look for in a multi-vitamin.  Is it a horse pill and hard to swallow?  Also does it give you that nasty after taste and those gross burps after?  I am happy to announce there are not huge pills they were very easy to swallow.   It did not give me any after taste and none of those gross nasty burps after.    I could tell a difference after just one week of taking these. I had more energy and just felt better all around.  A Multi Vitamin is essential for everyone and this is the perfect one for you.  Just take 1 a day no more needed and you don’t have to worry about bringing them with you for the day, keep them next to your coffee post and take as you wake up in the morning you are done.

This was so easy to take just mix one level scoop with 8 ounces of water or juice and drink.    This great product will help in promoting health and eliminating toxins.  It will help support your body’s ability to maintain its ideal pH balance.  It contains freshly juices greens, 8 organic cleansing greens, organic lemon, ginger, parsley and coconut water.  It is USDA organic and non gmo.  This is truly the super food formula of all super food formulas.

Now for the funny part.  I did not know this was a green juice till I opened it.  We have all had those experiences with some green juices where you have to plug your nose and guzzle just to get it down.  Then you have that after taste for about 3 days.  I was really worried, I was on the phone with a friend and she stayed on just to hear me gag and make fun of me.  Well ha-ha I win because even though this is a green juice it tasted fantastic.  It had a very sweet taste with no after taste.  I could drink this all day long and be a happy camper.  I have been drinking this for about a week straight and I feel great. When I saw that Garden of life made one of my favorite vitamins in a spray I almost jumped out of my seat with excitement.  I take vitamin B and D every day with my multi vitamin and even though I do not have a problem taking pills I really don’t like having to take a handful every day.  All you have to take in one spray a day and you are done.  Vitamin b12 will not only help you keep your energy level up, but it will also help support your metabolism and heart health.  Even at 34 I need to make sure I am supporting a healthy heart and none of us wants our metabolism to go downhill.  Speed it up baby mama wants a chocolate cake.

This spray contains no artificial flavoring, sweeteners colors or preservatives.  I know what you are thinking then how on earth can it taste any good.  I am happy to report this spray tasted amazing it tasted just like fruit punch.  It was very easy to take and it is going to last you awhile. This is the first time I have ever seen this is a spray and I am so excited I have found them.

Pine Bros Throat Drops Review

OMG I love the honey Pine Brose throat drops.  I love that these were not your normal hard drops they are softer I can actually chew them.  When I have a sore throat there is nothing worse than grabbing a throat drop that does not taste good.  I remember the honey ones from when I was young.  I always thought they were candy and I could not wait to get my hands on another one.   I love that is sooths my throat at the same time it taste great.  I have to admit other than being sick these are also great for people who are trying to quit smoking.  When I first quit my throat hurt so much.  I don’t really know why but it was one of my main side effects.  These throat drops helped to ease my sore throat and also gave me something to do besides think about smoking.  Yes I know this is not exactly what they are for but when I get a sore throat I still have to keep on going with my day and these helped ease it and get me thru the day and a good night’s rest.

Pine bros have been around for many, many years and they have been helping people get thru their days and feel better.  They come in so many different flavors you are sure to find one that is meant for you, Natural Honey, Wild Cherry, and Black Licorice.  This is a natural product and made in America.  They have come a long way threw all these years and are getting back to the old ways of doing it.  With the original recipe and the new ownership they were re introduced in fall of 2011.  This is a company that has been around for many years and with a product as good as this they will be around for many, many more.   You can find Pine Bros at your local store.  Make sure to stock up, there is nothing worse than when you need them and have to go to the store to pick them up.

Sabi Folio Review

The Sabi Folio is a BPA free 6 day pill holder.   Some days you don’t need it.  You know you will be home all day so why bother with the extra day of work.  This one if perfect for the working woman who spends her Saturdays running errands, and tries to have her Sunday to herself.    This is a very convent smaller pill holder.  It will fit right in your purse so you have everyday’s pills with you but you don’t feel like you are lugging around a huge hard cover book.

This is one that I was really interested in, for my normal days.  I have my normal vitamins and of course whatever I am reviewing at the time.  Last week was the cleansing pills and I had them all separated in this box ready to go.   It had 2 compartments for each of the six days so I could separate my day time and my night time pills.  The strap was very tight and keeps them very secure so they did not fall out everywhere.  But at the same time it was also very easy to get off when I needed the pills.  This is a perfect one for my everyday use.  I am so glad I got the chance to try these out.  I have used many pill holders over the years most would not even hold more than 2 pills for the whole day.  With Sabi I have found not only 1 great pill holder but 3 different great ones. They are each great for their own reason and I would recommend them to everyone.

Sabi  Holster Review

This is such a fantastic product to use.  If you are like me you love to have your IB profin where you need it, when you need it this will help with that.   This is a holster that will hold up to 14 pills so you can have them when and where you need them.   You can actually wear this if need.  If you have heart problems or any other problems where you need to make sure you have you pill when you need this it is perfect.  You can still go out and about for the day and just clip it right onto your pocket or waist band.  For me I clipped it onto my car mirror so when we are traveling and I need a ib profin ( I travel with a 3 year old lol ) I know I have them right where I need them.

This came with a very strong clip on it and it actually had 2 little parts I had to push in to get the part that holds the pills out.  I do not have to worry that baby boy will get a hold of them.  There is even a secret compartment on the top so I can add a pill or 2 in there just for emergencies.  Like there other Pill holder products this is also BPA free.  This was a very easy and very convent product to use.  I would recommend this to everyone.  It is nice to have this product on hand and ready to go when you need it.  If you are a hiker or runner I would recommend this to everyone.  Also don’t forget if your family is prone to heart attacks and you are an avid worker outer (yes I know its not a word I just made it up)  keep this around with some aspirin in it.  It’s better to be safe than sorry.

Skinny Jane 7 Day challenge

You all know I love a great weight loss challenge so when I got the chance to try out the Skinny Jane challenge I Jumped on it.   This great challenge came with a shake cleansing pills, burn pills, and an eating plan.  I am always worried about the eating plane.  They all say follow our eating plan to lose the max amount of weight and they all have fish for most of the meals.  I do not eat fish at all.  I don’t even let it in my house so I was a little scared.  When I opened it up to find the eating plan I was very excited there was actually food on there that I would eat.  This is amazing to me.  The whole system was very easy to follow for a busy mom like me this is a major plus.

This was a very easy system to use.  Take 1 cleanse pill in the morning and 2 burn pills and have a shake.  At night take another cleanse pill and that is it.  The burn pills in this were very strong for me it took a few days to get used to, I am very sensitive to caffeine and boy did this have me going.  The cleanse pills were also very strong they were not one of those that will just have you go once a day they keep you going all day long.  For me I had to adjust so I only took them at night.  When I would take the one in the morning it would kick in right about bed time and it had me up quite a few times during the night.  I could tell the burn and cleanse were working because I was eating twice as much as I normally do and I was still losing weight.  The chocolate shake was fantastic.  I did enjoy it more mixed with milk then just with water.  But I was very impressed with the chocolate taste.  I would recommend this system to everyone.   The other great thing about this system is you can buy just the burn, or cleanse, or drinks or you can buy them all together to make it an even better deal.  Buying the whole set also comes with other goodies check out the link below to get started today.

Pure Peppermint Essential Oil for Aromatherapy review

When I first got this I had no idea how awesome it would be.  I was thinking something you just smelled to lift up your mood which it really does.  It has a wonderful scent that is not to over powering.  But it said you can also use it on your muscles.  Which of course I need with all the walking/running I have been doing.  On my left side all up my thigh and my left butt cheek (stop laughing) have been killing me.  I have tried aspirin and nothing helps, so I thought why not give it a try.  When I first put it on I felt noting and figured well ok at least I smell good.  Within 2 minutes I could actually feel it cooling off my mussels and relaxing them.  When I woke up almost all the pain I had been feeling was gone.  This was a miracle worker for me.  I actually sleep all through the night and when I got walking the next morning I had no pain at all.  Until that night when I just used the oil again and I was good to go.

This is 100% pure peppermint oil.  Other great uses for peppermint oil.

Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract

As you all know I love the green coffee been for weight loss.  But lets me honest they don’t all work the same.  I have had a few that also made me very jittery.   So I took this one with caution just in case.  I started with ½ the recommended dose and moved my way up just to make sure.  I am happy to report no jittery feeling at all.  After that I took them as recommended every day 2 pills twice a day and I am happy to report I loved this one.  Not only did I not get a jittery feeling I could really tell a difference in my energy for the day.  I went about 7 days in-between taking anything so I could give it a realistic review and I have to say those 7 days were hard no energy and barley making my 6 miles a day.   But once I started taking this one I had energy from the time I woke up till the time I went to bed.  No worries all I fell asleep right away this did not keep me up at all.

For weight loss I have been taking for about 2 week and I am down 1 pound so far.  This is not bad because I have been doing a lot of activity to get my muscle tone up, so I am getting more muscle tone from my work out and still losing a little.  This is good because as we all know muscle weighs more than fat.     I was very pleased with this product.  The energy I got alone from it is well worth the money I would totally recommend this to everyone

Chloraseptic and Pedia Care

When I went to blogher 14 I was excited to see these two there I have always been a fan but I did not know how much they would become my savior. Heading home from our road trip me and baby boy got pretty sick and we were at a hotel in the middle of nowhere.

I went out to the car to look for something and came across our goodies from the expo and I was so excited.   Not only was I feeling better in no time with the sore throat spray and Honey lemon warming throat drops, but the Pedia Care fever reducer made a huge difference for baby boy.  He not only slept thru the night but was his happy normal self on our 8 hour drive home.
