I’m Going to Comicpalooza

I was so excited when I got the e-mail saying I was going to Comicpalooza is Houston Texas. This is one of the biggest honors I have had. I am not only a Sci-Fi lover but I am an original gamer girl. I was one of those girls when I was younger who had every gaming machine when it first came out and did not sleep for days till I completed the game. I am so excited I will be hanging out with likeminded people at this fantastic event.

Also, while we are on the topic of gaming, can I ask if you are a big gamer like me? If so, there is a chance that you might have heard about Cyberpunk 2077. In case you have not, Cyberpunk 2077 is an upcoming open-world, action-adventure game. The main character V is a mercenary outlaw going after a one-of-a-kind implant that is the key to immortality. When playing this amazing game you can customize your character’s cyberware, skillset and playstyle, and explore a vast city where the choices you make shape the story and the world around you.

For example, reputation, or Street Cred as it is referred to in the game, quantifies V’s standing with various characters and factions, as well as what sort of behavior your character is best known for. Accordingly, in Cyberpunk 2077 Street Cred is directly linked to the appearance of your character and the side-missions you can take on and therefore changing the appearance of your character can have an impact on your street cred, as well as the side-missions available to you. Honestly, I am so excited to play this game when it is finally released. The trailers look absolutely amazing. I am kind of hoping that I will be able to talk to someone about Cyberpunk 2077 at Comicpalooza!

Anyway, this year’s lineup of celebrities is amazing from Sigourney Weaver to Ric Flair, to Norman Reedus, and so many more this is going to be a blast. There is so much to do there from a gaming station to shopping and seeing all your favorites in one spot. This is a fantastic event in Houston Texas June 17-19.

If you are bringing kids with you, there will also be so much fun stuff for them to do. I do want to let you know if you are going to any of the panels the seating is first come first serve so make sure to show up early and get your seats.

I love the way this started. A video game obsessed kid who wants to do more with his life, and a father that keeps on telling him to just keep playing games. Now that is a rule reversal from our house. Lol Don’t worry all this is not a movie teaching your kids that its ok to just play video games. The fathers reason why he keeps his son obsessed with video games comes really quick.

When Longway meets Erica she teaches him how to fly. Together they want to run off and see the world. We soon learn that Longway has a whole different future in store for him. With Longway and Erica’s father caught by the evil Ms. Knout Erica, the Mallards and the Mandarin ducks will have to work together to save them both.

This fantastic movie is brought to you by Shout Factory Kids and will be releases June 14^th 2016. You can get it on DVD, iTunes, and Vod platforms. My closet is shaking with excitement for spring.

I cannot tell you all how excited I am for spring to get here. As a California girl living in Colorado for the last few months I have worn nothing but sweats, sweatshirt and slippers. My closet was not made for winter. Now spring and summer is a whole different problem. I want everything. It was so funny just last week I was having a conversation about Groupon Coupons. This subject actually came up quite a few times in the last week. From saving on everyday shopping or something special, they have a great way to save on almost everything you can think of. Saving money on anything I buy is at the top of my list. This one was amazing. For me most of the time I don’t do my hair I just let it air dry. Before this fantastic product came along it meant I had a ton of frizz and it just looked funny. It never dried straight. The first time I use this I just shook it up put two pumps in my hand and brushed it threw my hair. I let it air dry and did nothing else. It looked perfect for two days. I had no fly aways it dried perfectly straight and it was not greasy. This was so light weight my hair still had volume and bounce. My suggestion buy this one by the case. Lol

Shoplet is my go to store for medical supplies, office supplies, cleaning supplies, and office furniture. They not only have great prices they also have a very low free shipping minimum and they have everything I need. I love that they are easy to shop with and have a very easy to navigate site.

For this review I got to check out the Pentel Sharp mechanical pencil. These actually have a very special meaning to me. As a kid in school as most of you know most are not allowed to use pens. We have to use pencils. I could hear them writing on paper it was a very annoying and sometimes migraine causing sound to me. This was the worst till one teacher introduced me to mechanical pencils. I was still using the pencil that they said I had to use but it made school time so much easier for me. I did not get the migraines anymore and I got a lot more done during school.

These pencils are perfect for any kid in school or everyday life. They write very smoothly and have a covered eraser, so no worries about making a mistake you can always fix it. #PampersSavings Making Potty Training Easier

When I was potty training my little guy I was so tired of buying diapers. I am sure a lot of you can relate. I tried to do the all or nothing. I went from diapers to big boy pants. Wow, I cannot tell you how big of a mistake that was. I wish I had checked out product reviews earlier on, so then I could make a better decision on what diapers would be better for my boy. With that being said, if you don’t want to make the same mistake I did, maybe this would be for the best, especially as you’d only want what’s best for your kids. The amount of money I wasted I had to just threw away so many pairs of big boy underwear they were ruined. Not to mention the mattress was destroyed you can never get that smell out, also doing sheets 3 times a day. Then I got smart and switched to Pampers easy ups. I had trusted pampers the whole time before I don’t know why it took me so long to smarten up and do it step by step like everyone else. As soon as we switched he potty trained so much faster. He had a big boy diaper that was easy to pull on and off. They were way more comfortable with the stretchy sides and best of all. If he did have an accident it was not that big of a deal, we just grabbed a new one and tried again.

One of the things I loved the most was the pampers coupons. I love all types of coupons and shop with a coupon when I can. Coupons come in extra handy when you have a newborn as you are constantly having to buy wipes, diapers and whatnot. They were not the little coupons that were not worth you time to cut or print.
