We love a great family game night.  Finding the right games to play with an autistic son gets harder and harder as he gets older.  I not only need one that will keep his attention, but also is fun and colorful.

Endless Games has a wide range of games that will get your child engaged and having a blast.  Korner’d is one of those games.  I love that the game board is double sided for twice as much fun for the whole family.  This is a game of perception.  Little guy is really good at this game.  While I am at the bottom of the winning list. lol

The Korner’d Challenge (MSRP $19.99 for 1-6 players ages 8+) is simple in design but deceptive in execution. It’s like a puzzle because there is only one match for each tile on the board grid. It becomes more of a game when players have to match all of their tiles on the board before other players.
Brian Turtle, National Sales Manager at Endless Games, said, “Sometimes you find the pattern right away. Other times, it seems like you just can’t find the match at all.”
The Korner’d Challenge puzzle-game comes with a two-sided board and 36 individual, two-sided tiles. Players choose to play the color block grid or the animal pattern. Tiles are divided evenly among the players and the game begins. The first player to match all of their tiles correctly on the board wins.
  When Mancala showed up I was surprised that hubby had never played it.  I thought this was a game that everyone knew of.   This is a strategy game.  My son loves it, but I have to be honest he keeps on wanting to collect the rocks and keep them.  So we have to keep track of them lol.
   Now while I would love to tell you the rules of this game it really is complicated until you start playing.  Once you start it is easy .  I know does not tell you much,  Each person gets a side then you start where you want to on your side and drop one into each opening till you get to your last one.  Then the rules change depending on who’s side you land on and if the space is full or empty.
  I love Endless Games and would suggest them to everyone.

Collectors Are Going Nuts For The Noble Collection BendyFigs

They have a ton to choose from and the detail is amazing.  I have a few collections that I love and my son is always helping me find more.  BendyFigs are affordable and they have my favorites.  Not may people make Dobby he is a harder charter to find and they have him and I am in love.

They have a few collections to choose from.  Each one has amazing detail and comes wit its own display stand.    When we saw the Universal Monster collection at the Holiday Of Play I knew they were going to be a hit.  For us  horror movie lover  these are a hard collection to get.  I don’t think I have ever seen a Monster from the Black Lagoon before.  I am so excite to collect them all.

Encourage Creative Play with Plus Plus This Easter

We have loved Plus Plus for quite some time not.  these are not only a great creative toy for my little guy, but also a sensory toy he loves.  I love that they all fit together and you can build their design or what every your heart desires.

The Plus Plus Boks is not only great for kids, but it makes a great gift for adults too.  The box below can store pieces when they are not being used.  If you want to make the Windmill and use the box on your desk for other uses you can also do that. I love having something next to my computer to play with while I am waiting for meetings, or just ignoring the meeting I am already on lol.

The Plus Plus Go Lunar Rover is a fun rover for your kids to build that will actually roll.  So they can build it and play for hours exploring Mars.   I love that you can use this with any of the sets.  They all work together to build anything.

Now for even better news for all the parents out there like me.  I have so many little pieces laying everywhere.  Then when we want to travel and bring some fun stuff for little guy, we have to pick bigger toys to bring so its not a mess.  This is no longer the case.  They now have an awesome travel case that also comes with a board in it to play on and 100 pieces.  No more sitting around board in the hotel and easy pick up and go with this case.

We love Plus Plus and would recommend them to everyone.  They are a blast for the whole family .

Pokémon Unveils New Video Games, Updates & More in Today’s Pokémon Presents

Today’s Pokémon Presents video presentation revealed three new Pokémon video games, Pokémon Brilliant Diamond, Pokémon Shining Pearl, and Pokémon Legends: Arceus, coming exclusively to the Nintendo Switch system later this year and into 2022.
New updates about the highly anticipated New Pokémon Snap game set to release on April 30, 2021, were also shared, as well as information about special in-game events taking place across Pokémon GO, Pokémon Sword and Pokémon Shield, Pokémon Masters EX, and Pokémon Café Mix in celebration of Pokémon’s 25th anniversary.
Finally, tomorrow (February 27) is Pokémon Day! Be sure to tune-in to the Pokémon Day virtual concert featuring Post Malone starting at 7:00 p.m. EST / 4:00 p.m. PST. Fans can watch for free on the official Pokémon YouTube and Twitch channels, and on Pokémon’s 25th anniversary website.

Exterior Design Tips

Most of us spend a lot of time on interior design, ensuring that inside our homes look amazing, but then we give very little thought to the property’s exterior. This is such a shame because the home’s exterior is the ‘face’ of the property and the first thing that people notice about it. That’s why we should all be taking exterior design far more seriously.

 

With that in mind, here are some simple exterior design tips to help you make the most of your home:

 

Get rid of dirt

 

The first thing you’re going to want to do when you’re sprucing up your home’s exterior is to get rid of any dirt and debris that has built up on the surface of the building. Pressure washing is probably the most effective way of doing this, it will lift off any and all dirt very effectively, giving you a clean new canvas to work with.

 

Paint it

 

Painting your house is a really good way of giving it a fresh new face, From classic white to pastel pink – there are so many ways you can give your home’s facade a fabulous new makeover with nothing more than a like of paint. Once it’s dry, just make sure that you keep it clean.

 

 

Fill it with flowers

 

Flowers are pretty and add a colorful pop to any property, which is why, if you want to really improve the interior design of your home’s exterior, you’re going to want to fill it with flowers. From window boxes filled with tulips to hanging baskets brimming with pansies, there is no denying that flowers will add a pretty touch to your property.

 

A new door

 

Adding a new front door to your home is a good way to change things up and get a brand new look. These days, front doors come in a vast range of styles from classic wood with brass fittings to ultra-modern pastel-colored doors with stained-glass inserts and crystal door furniture. This makes it really easy to match your door to your style and create an impressive entrance point.

 

Light it up

So, start by mowing the lawn and pruning any overgrown trees or shrubs, Then, think about planting flower beds, adding topiary, and painting the fences for a garden you can be proud of.

Scooby doo and the gang are back and little guy could not be more excited.  He has been talking about magical swords for a few weeks now and I have been reading him everything we can find.  Then  Scooby-Doo The Sword and the Scoob showed up and he was in heaven.  This was the perfect Friday night movie with my little guy.

 

We have always dreamed of going back in the past and getting to be part of King Arthurs court.  In this great movie our Scooby Gang gets to help King Arthur and gets  into a little trouble along the way.  The adventure is fun exciting and a blast for the whole family to watch.

My Thoughts
I love chicken but had  never been the greatest chicken cook.  I always tended to over cook it.  The Chicken Bible is truly a blessing to have in my home.  It’s teaching me proper cooking techniques, recipes, knowledge of chicken parts and so much more.  I’ve always felt that chicken was the most versatile meat, and with all of the new recipes that I’m learning from this book, I love it even more!

Herbed Roasted Chicken

This fresh and flavorful recipe gets its vibrant flavor from our buttery herb paste made with scallions, tarragon, thyme, and spices. We butterflied the chicken and then spread the paste underneath the skin to achieve a crispy exterior. To ensure that the chicken would keep its fresh herb flavor, we slathered the paste over the top of the chicken halfway through cooking.

Turkey Cutlets with Barley and Swiss Chard

For a hearty weeknight meal (and a break from chicken), we recommend quick-cooking turkey cutlets. Because turkey cutlets cook quickly, we prepared our barley and Swiss chard first. We cooked the barley with onion and garlic and then added in the Swiss chard. To give the cutlets a bright, citrusy flavor that wasn’t too overpowering, we caramelized lemon and squeezed the mixture over the top of the cooked chicken.

 

 

Cast Iron Easier Fried Chicken

You’ll find plenty of fried chicken recipes in our cookbook, but this one is your new go-to if you’re looking for a fuss-free cast-iron version. We brined the chicken in buttermilk for about 30 minutes to prevent it from drying out while cooking. To achieve a perfectly crispy, crunchy coating, we whisked our dry ingredients and spices with buttermilk and dredged the chicken pieces in the mixture before shallow-frying them in our pan. We then cooked the chicken in the oven for about 12 minutes.

Solar energy has been getting a lot more attention as of late. This is likely due to more people learning about environmental concerns. As we learn more about the planet and what we can do to preserve it, more of us are likely to switch to eco-friendly habits such as reducing energy usage and reliance on fossil fuels. One solution to this is to consider future technologies such as solar panels.

 

But why is it still considered a future technology? Many people have already installed solar panels on their roofs and they’re being used across the world on a large scale. With so much adoption already, what makes us consider it a future technology still?

 

The cost of using solar is still far too high

We got this awesome mask from Mask Market in exchange for an honest review,  all opinions are our own.

By now most of us know the masks are not going away any time soon.  As most of you have seen if i am wearing a mask I want it to be fun and a part of my outfit.  There are so many out there, but ones I really want are still hard to find.  Thanks to Mask Market I can now make any mask I want.

You can now design your own mask with Mask Market they are cute , machine washable , adjustable, and breathable with a filter.

Now this new mask is made on a I-Phone app.  I personally do not have an I-Phone so I went to my moms house and used her phone to make it.  I thought it was going to be difficult in reality I had my perfect mask made and ordered in less then 4 minutes.  This also included the download time of the App.

The App even has a Selfi feature so you can see how it is going to look.  This great picture Chatty Patty made for me and I just loaded the picture on the app.  It was quick easy and very easy to order.  I love the Mask Market and would suggest it to everyone.
