As you all know I am a busy mommy like most of you. I am currently down 46 lbs and trying to lose those last pesky 15. I am getting the chance to try out this great Green Coffee Bean pills.
As most of you have probably heard about this one too I am very excite I do not have a lot of time to work out and we try to eat right but with hubby and the two year old sometimes it gets hard with everyone eating at different times. As you all know I am not too good with caffeine and very excited to fine out this one has only about 20 mg of caffeine, compared to your regular cup o’ Joe.
My goal here is to lose that last peaky 15 lbs and get ready for all those great summer outfits and of course feel better. I have chosen this product because of all the great press it had gotten and I think it would be a perfect fit with my life style. Not too much caffeine and should be an easy one to take, and who does not want to burn fat fast. Even though I do not work out on a daily basis I do spend most of my day cooking cleaning and running after a 2 year old which as we all know sometimes could be like a full work out. 30 day update. I am happy to report I am 30 days in to the green coffee bean diet and I have not changed anything but talking the pills twice a day and I have weighed in. I have los 6lbs. I am very excited and cant see what next month brings.
7/29/13 60 day check in.
No loss to count for this month, but seeing how I ate my way through Vegas and California. I would think that no gain is what I sould be reporting. I went on a 2 week car trip and ate the entire time everything and anything and did not gain an ounce so I will be calling this one another win. Pills are still working great still no side effects or jittery ness from them loving them.
