Some good fillings include cheese, onion, chicken, ham and bacon. If you have a little more time, add some sweet potatoes to make a fantastic, filling, frittata.

Other fast meals include baked sweet potatoes and homemade pizza, topped with plenty of vegetables on a thin crust.
