Boolik Parchment paper
I had never used parchment paper before. With how much I cook I cannot believe this has not been in my cooking arsenal. I was a spray the pan girl. You know what happens then, the spray sticks to your pan and eventually bakes on. I had so many destroyed pans. Little did I know there was this wonder paper out there I could use and everything would just slide off saving my food and my pans.
I of course had to make my chocolate cookies. The first batch I got distracted and burnt them. When I took my crispy cookies out of the oven I was very surprised at how easy it was to clean and start a new batch. I just slid off the paper put on another piece and was back to baking in no time. I did not have to scrub the burnt off the pan just remove and go.
My second batch turned out perfect and to cool them was no problem they slid right off the paper and best of all I had no clean up for the pan. This is amazing paper, I can’t wait to try it out on brownies.
This paper is safe up to 464 degrees. You can use it for freezing, wrapping, clean baking and even sushi rolling. This is a must in any kitchen.
