Kid Fit Pillow

I have to be honest before I found out about Kid Pillow I was always the person who went and bought that $5.99 pillow from the store down the street and never even thought a thing about it. When we got the chance to try this one out, along with a Seal pillow (separate blog post on this coming next week!!), I was excited for my little guy. When the box came and I showed him his new pillow he was so excited he was jumping up and down. He was so excited to have special pillow that was his very own. We opened it up and he grabbed it right away and headed for his bed.

He has loved this pillow from the first moment he got it. He cuddles to it every night and he has slept so much better. I am a true believer now that to get a good night’s sleep you need to spend the money on a good pillow.

This pillow is awesome they have a different pillow for 3 different ages so you can make sure you are getting the best one for your little one. They have a down like microfiber cover. This cover is so comfortable I could not believe how soft it is. It has a memory foam core and around that is just soft puffiness. This pillow is designed for comfort and fit for your little one in mind. My little guy has been waking up a whole lot less at night and he wakes up better rested that I can ever remember. He also will not share. I ask him every night if I can use his pillow he runs to the room and crawls in bed lays on his pillow and tells me the pillow is too big for mama. Lol This was truly an awesome pillow and I would recommend this to every parent out there. You will not believe how much better they sleep.

The adventures of Chuck & friends Truck Versus Wild Movie Review

I know you guys are going to laugh at me but I have been buying baby boy Chuck the trucks for years now and never knew there was a cartoon.  When I got the chance to check out this cartoon I was very excited.  Baby boy immediately grabbed all his trucks and we started watching.  This great movie came with 10 new episodes and baby boy loved everyone, and of course we had to watch them all 10 times.   Chuck goes on all different adventures with his friends in these episodes and every single one will suck you in.  I caught myself watching them over and over and in every episode I noticed something new each time I saw it.  I love when a cartoon can even suck me in.    Baby boy’s favorite episode was Beach Blanket Oh-Oh.  I think this one reminded him of his auntie Tricia because he keeps on calling for her.  (She lives next to the beach).

Transformers Prime

Hasbro and shout factory have come together to bring you this great collection of Transformers Bumblebee shows.

We love a great family movie night when we got the chance to check out the new Bumblebee Move we were very excited.  If you are like me you remember from when you were little Transformers was one of my favorite TV shows.  Of course bumblebee was my favorite.  I love that there is still a great cartoon out for my little one to enjoy and every episode has a lesion for my little one to learn.   I could not believe when I started the movie how much the graphics have changed from when we were younger.    This movie came with 4 episodes and was about 88 minutes.  Perfect time for a little one movie night.   Little guy was sucked into this show the second I pressed play.

One of my all time transformer questions were answered in this set of shows.  That is right all we find out how Bumblebee lost his voice.  Like me I am sure most of you have wondered why bumblebee was never able to talk.  No I am not going to tell you, you will have to watch the show.  There were any other surprises that came out n these episodes I am excited for you all to see.  I followed this show for years and I love the fact that I can now get them on DVD for little guy.  This is going to be perfect for our many road trips.   The transformer series has been around for years.  I am so happy that it is still here for my little one to enjoy too.  Shout factory has come together with Hasbro to bring you this great move sold at Wal-Mart for $9.99 being released on February 25th 2014.

If you are like me whenever it came to buying toys for your little one it was so hard.  You go to a web site and search threw thousands of toys not really knowing what ages they are for or some of them what they even do.  This is especially hard for me when buying for friends kids, I have no idea what they like and what is appropriate for them.  So when I found this site I was very excited. We have always loved a toy that makes us and our little one use our imagination so when I got the chance to review some of the safari Ltd toys I was so excited.   I got to pick 2 to review so of course I had to pick the Forest Dragon and the Griffin.  I love fantasy charters and these were too cute to pass up.   As you can see from the picture above I also got a few other goodies that I just love the bag, the Calendar (which hubby snatched up right away) and the product book.    The quality of these are UN matched I could not believe the detail on the dragon and griffin.

Each piece is hand painted so you will never find 2 alike.  They are truly museum quality pieces.  Of course I got to play with mine for a few minutes then baby boy claimed them as his own and won’t let me play anymore.lol He loves to make them fly across the room.  On each of them came a little description of information about the animal. I loved these I could read them to my little guy and he got to know a little bit more about what he was playing with.  We even made a box to keep these in so when he wants to read them they are easy to find.  I think Safari LTD animals are a must for any family.  There are too many computer toys out their days that don’t let your little one play with his imagination.  These are toys I will be collecting for my little one for years to come.

As a side not I would love to show you the pictures below this are a product guide for 2014 and I am in love with the new dragons and animals coming out.  I think we could all use our own good luck dragon.

Transformers Rescue Bots

March 18th rescue bots was release and we got to preview it.  Baby boy has watched it once a day every day and loves it.  If you are a transformer lover you will love this one.  This is one veered to the younger crowd it is more of a carton.  He already had the fire truck and would not put it down now he has almost the whole set and loves playing with them while watching the movie.  They had 5 different episodes of this and ever one sucked baby boy in.  My favorite was the lost bell.  There is just something about being stuck on a desert island and finding a pirate ship that brings the adventurer out in me.

I got the chance to try out this crinkle toy and my nephew loved it.  This was a adorable 5 inch by 5 inch Minky blanket toy.  This little guy was so soft it was very nice to cuddle with.  The crinkly stuff inside keep my little guy busy for hours.  When we gave it to him he was so excited he snatched it right up and played with it for hours.  After he cuddled with it for a few minutes he then relized that if he plays with it that it crinkles, and it was on.  The fun went of forever.  My only warning with this is if you have a dog make sure to keep it away.  My sisters dog wanted this so bad we had to make sure to keep it away or it would have been lost forever.

Hatchem eggs

You all know we love Hatchem eggs.  There Holiday ones were so cute.  When we got the chance to check out the new editions baby boy was jumping up and down.  The hatchem eggs are so much fun for little ones to do and very easy for parents.  Just take the eggs and put them in water and watch them hatch.  It may take a day or 2 so don’t forget to empty out the water and add new water every day they are hatching.  As they hatch you will see their new friends inside getting bigger and bigger till they are completely out of the egg.  You can leave them in the water to get bigger, or if you are like my little guy you grab them right away and start playing.  Either way if fine.

When these showed up he was so excited to see eggs.  He has a weird thing with eggs he thinks they are the most fun thing’s in the world.  So when we gave them to him it took some convincing for him to let them go into the water.  He stood next to them for over 4 hours stirring them with a spoon and would not leave there side.  When we finally convinced him they would be there tomorrow morning he agreed to go to bed.lol we got up the next morning and he was so excited to see a kitty poking out of one.  He ran over grabbed a paper towel and got his kitty and he has not let go of it for hours.  He keep on checking  the other eggs threw out the day and got just as excited to see a blue bird and a green frog come out of the other ones.  These were truly a blast for my little guy.
