Returning to Netflix for a third season on May 21, DreamWorks Animation has released the full season three trailer for the Annie Award®-winning series Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous.

Inspired by the Jurassic World franchise, Jurassic World: Camp Cretaceous follows six teenagers chosen for a once-in-a-lifetime experience at Camp Cretaceous, a new adventure camp on the opposite side of Isla Nublar, must work together to survive when dinosaurs wreak havoc across the island. From DreamWorks Animation, Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment, the series is executive produced by Steven Spielberg, Colin Trevorrow, and Frank Marshall, alongside executive producers and showrunners Scott Kreamer and Aaron Hammersley.

Still stranded on the island, the campers uncover more details of Dr. Wu’s secret research, and must quickly take their fate into their own hands with a dangerous plan to leave Isla Nublar behind for good. But when a tropical storm delays their departure, a lethal new threat quickly closes in on the campers, placing their escape, as well as their lives, in extreme peril.

3 Tips for Keeping a Positive Mindset When Dealing with Difficulties

Unfortunately, it’s a basic fact of life that difficult situations inevitably arise from time to time, and it’s not always possible to have a seamless path forward.

 

When faced with difficult situations in general, it’s always important to keep a generally positive mindset – without, of course, overdoing it and feeling as though you have to have a big smile on your face at all times.

 

Of course, keeping a positive mindset is often a lot easier said than done.

 

Here are a few tips on how to keep a positive mindset when dealing with difficulties.

 

Focus on what you can do to address, sidestep, or work around the issue – instead of focusing too much on the issue itself

 

If you feel completely helpless when faced by a negative or difficult situation, there is a good chance that you will find it very difficult to keep any kind of positive outlook going.

 

Even in the case of situations that you really can’t change, however, there will always be things you can do to address, sidestep, workaround, or even make your peace with the situation, instead of just feeling completely helpless and dominated by it.

 

A general rule for maintaining a positive outlook, is to focus on what you can do with regards to how you address or relate to the situation at hand – instead of focusing too much on the issue itself.

 

If you notice that you are experiencing signs of hearing loss, for example, you would be better off arranging an appointment with an audiologist than ruminating.

 

Try to center yourself in the present moment as much as possible, and take things one step at a time

 

If you allow yourself to get heavily caught up in your concerns for the future, or regrets and frustrations about the past, it is very likely that you will slip into a generally negative mindset, and will find it very difficult to maintain a sense of optimism and agency.

 

A good way of counteracting this tendency, is to try to centre yourself in the present moment as much as possible, and to take things one step at a time.

 

Often, when you bring your awareness to the here and now, you will see that things aren’t quite as bad as they may seem – and there are always things you can do in the moment to improve your situation, even if only by degrees.

 

Support yourself with beautiful and uplifting things each day

 

If you are in a difficult situation, it might seem that you simply need to be completely practical in order to try and address it, and that anything like enjoying a funny movie, or taking some time to appreciate the sunrise, would be an irresponsible waste of time.

 

While it’s certainly necessary to keep the right balance, however, supporting yourself with beautiful and uplifting things each day can really help you to maintain a positive outlook on life as a whole.

 

So, consider buying some essential oils, and taking some time to savor the good things in life.

Sometimes the ones we never knew were coming turn out to be the best of our life.   This is a story about one lady (Fern)  who lost everything, while trying to make the best of it she runs into a few even harder times. She becomes a nomad traveling for work in her van and happen across a group that becomes great friends to her.  They are helping her learn the ways and in return she ends up helping a few herself.  This is a story about how something bad can turn into something good if you just keep going and trying.

What inspired you to write a children’s book?

 

I have been a pilot for over forty years, both in the U.S. Air Force and for Southwest Airlines Company. In talking to my grandchildren and children I encountered on my airplane I realized how curious children are about airplanes, flying and travel. I also discovered that most parents didn’t know how to answer their children’s questions. So, based on my experience and knowledge, my wife urged me to write a book for children to explain in the simplest terms how an airplane operates and flies. The concept is that parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles and friends would read these books to children as entertainment, learning and adventure.

 

What lessons do you hope children will take away from learning with Pop-Pop Airplane?

 

Literacy is the cornerstone to learning and success. I hope my books encourage children to read, enjoy reading and feel as though they have been on a learning adventure with each book I write. Reading is fun and helps children connect with the world around them. Whether children are first-time fliers or seasoned travelers this book series will be fun, educational and entertaining.

       

The Adventures of Pop-Pop Airplane is a travel and education series for young readers. Travel is always exciting and intimidating for children so let’s educate them on what to expect. Then, let’s take them to wonderful places, both near and far, and be an entertaining tour guide as we go. Pop-Pop Airplane also has lots of friends who will be introduced in future adventures.
