Kodiak Cakes making your own goodie tins
One of my favorite things to do during the holidays is making tins full of goodie to give out for the holidays. Unfortunately these days I just don’t have the time to measure; mix and cook for hours on end any more. The brownie mix truly is a wonder. Living in Colorado in high altitude I had about given up on ever making brownies again. No matter what I did boxed or homemade, high altitude directions or not they always ended up hard as a rock. I was truly impressed with the Kodiak Cake brownies. I followed the normal directions and they were fluffy, moist, and one of the best brownies I had ever tasted. These were so easy to make and tasted like heaven. I actually ate the whole first batch by myself I had to cook another batch to make my tins .lol
The all natural Oatmeal dark Chocolate cookies were fantastic. My son and husband both said they are the best chocolate chip oatmeal cookies they ever had. I totally agree with them. Once again they were so easy to make and even in the high altitude they turned out perfect.
