FE Fit Review
When I first got the fe fit workout DVDs and system I though “ohh I can do this” I walk 5-10 miles a day and I am always running around. Boy was I wrong after just the First DVD Fe Fit Essentials I did one 15 minute and I was not only worn out but I was sore the next day. So instead of jumping right in to the half hour work out I spent about 2 weeks doing these different essentials to work on what I needed to rock the half hour segment. I could tell in just a few days I was getting stronger and better. Instead of barely being able to do just one I was working my way up to doing two of them a day.
Now it is time for the half hour workouts. I like these but I am still on the first week working myself up to the harder ones. I know I could have jumped right in to them but I don’t want to hurt myself I want to get the results I am getting while taking care of my body. As I am getting stronger and more tone I am getting more excited to work up to the next week. I love that this is a whole system. They even have a calendar that lets you know to take a day off, and stickers to keep track of where you are.
I think these DVDs are perfect for everyone no matter what fitness level. They have different weeks with different steps so no matter what level you are at you are going to be able to go at your own pace and get what you want or need from them. I can’t wait till I work up to the last week. I am excited to see the transformation to my body.
