Bamboo Chopping Board Set Review
There are a few things in the kitchen that every cook must have and a good cutting board is one of them. These cutting boards were so big that it made everyday cooking a snap. It was big enough that I could actually cut everything I needed and not have to move the food I had already cut into a bowl to make room. That is actually one of my pet peeves I don’t want to have to dirty up even more stuff just to make room. When I am cutting chicken and other meats I want it all in one place and not have to clean another bowl just because there was not enough room on the cutting board. The bamboo cutting board was also very thick and strong I will not have to worry about cutting through the boards. I use my cutting boards daily and I love to know that these are strong enough to last I will not have to replace them every few months.
This set came with two boards a bigger one for big jobs and even a smaller one for the little jobs I have to do. They have groves cut into the edge of the boards so if you are cutting up something juicy you do not have to worry about the juices getting all over your counters. They are very easy to clean wipe with a soapy cloth and wipe off. Also remember to treat them once a month with a kitchen grade oil. I like to use olive oil. These are beautiful enough that if you are doing a cheese and meat tray when people come over you can go ahead and serve right on the boards they will make a great center piece for your table. If you have a cook in the family these would make a perfect present. I love my boards and will be using them all the time.
