Skinny Jane 7 Day challenge

You all know I love a great weight loss challenge so when I got the chance to try out the Skinny Jane challenge I Jumped on it. This great challenge came with a shake cleansing pills, burn pills, and an eating plan. I am always worried about the eating plane. They all say follow our eating plan to lose the max amount of weight and they all have fish for most of the meals. I do not eat fish at all. I don’t even let it in my house so I was a little scared. When I opened it up to find the eating plan I was very excited there was actually food on there that I would eat. This is amazing to me. The whole system was very easy to follow for a busy mom like me this is a major plus.

This was a very easy system to use. Take 1 cleanse pill in the morning and 2 burn pills and have a shake. At night take another cleanse pill and that is it. The burn pills in this were very strong for me it took a few days to get used to, I am very sensitive to caffeine and boy did this have me going. The cleanse pills were also very strong they were not one of those that will just have you go once a day they keep you going all day long. For me I had to adjust so I only took them at night. When I would take the one in the morning it would kick in right about bed time and it had me up quite a few times during the night. I could tell the burn and cleanse were working because I was eating twice as much as I normally do and I was still losing weight. The chocolate shake was fantastic. I did enjoy it more mixed with milk then just with water. But I was very impressed with the chocolate taste. I would recommend this system to everyone. The other great thing about this system is you can buy just the burn, or cleanse, or drinks or you can buy them all together to make it an even better deal. Pure Peppermint Essential Oil for Aromatherapy review

When I first got this I had no idea how awesome it would be. I was thinking something you just smelled to lift up your mood which it really does. It has a wonderful scent that is not to over powering. But it said you can also use it on your muscles. Which of course I need with all the walking/running I have been doing. On my left side all up my thigh and my left butt cheek (stop laughing) have been killing me. I have tried aspirin and nothing helps, so I thought why not give it a try. When I first put it on I felt noting and figured well ok at least I smell good. Within 2 minutes I could actually feel it cooling off my mussels and relaxing them. When I woke up almost all the pain I had been feeling was gone. This was a miracle worker for me. I actually sleep all through the night and when I got walking the next morning I had no pain at all. Until that night when I just used the oil again and I was good to go.

This is 100% pure peppermint oil. Other great uses for peppermint oil.

Pure Green Coffee Bean Extract

As you all know I love the green coffee been for weight loss. But lets me honest they don’t all work the same. I have had a few that also made me very jittery. So I took this one with caution just in case. I started with ½ the recommended dose and moved my way up just to make sure. I am happy to report no jittery feeling at all. After that I took them as recommended every day 2 pills twice a day and I am happy to report I loved this one. Not only did I not get a jittery feeling I could really tell a difference in my energy for the day. I went about 7 days in-between taking anything so I could give it a realistic review and I have to say those 7 days were hard no energy and barley making my 6 miles a day. But once I started taking this one I had energy from the time I woke up till the time I went to bed. No worries all I fell asleep right away this did not keep me up at all.

For weight loss I have been taking for about 2 week and I am down 1 pound so far. This is not bad because I have been doing a lot of activity to get my muscle tone up, so I am getting more muscle tone from my work out and still losing a little. This is good because as we all know muscle weighs more than fat. I was very pleased with this product. The energy I got alone from it is well worth the money I would totally recommend this to everyone

Chloraseptic and Pedia Care

When I went to blogher 14 I was excited to see these two there I have always been a fan but I did not know how much they would become my savior. Heading home from our road trip me and baby boy got pretty sick and we were at a hotel in the middle of nowhere.

I went out to the car to look for something and came across our goodies from the expo and I was so excited. Not only was I feeling better in no time with the sore throat spray and Honey lemon warming throat drops, but the Pedia Care fever reducer made a huge difference for baby boy. He not only slept thru the night but was his happy normal self on our 8 hour drive home.

Australian Tea Tree Oil

When I got the chance to try out this tea tree oil I was so excited. So many different uses in just one bottle. I used it first on my sun burnt pealing skin. I don’t really burn that much but a few spots here and there will burn like crazy. This worked wonders after using for a few days my skin was feeling better and no more pealing. I also started using it on my big toe. I broke my toe years ago and the nail has never been the same. It always looks yellow and just does not grow. After using this tea tree oil for a few days my nail has been getting a whole lot better. I love all the different uses and I am so going to keep on using this for new things all the time.

You would not believe the uses for this Tea Tree Oil you can naturally fight Acne, Toenail Fungus, Lice, Yeast Infections, Skin Tags, Cold Sores, Dandruff, Ringworm, Fleas, Warts, Psoriasis. You can also make your own face cleansers, body washes, shampoos and cleaning supplies. I think it is awesome that you can make you own natural house hold cleansers with this. I definitely have to get a few spray bottles and check that out. I love for my cleansers to be as natural as possible with baby boy is the house. Let’s be honest with a 3 year old I never know what he is going to lick next or eat food off next lol. You also get an awesome 100 page guide to down load with different stuff you can do with this. (Unfortunately my computer will not let me open, it had nothing to do with the guide my computer is just being mean lol but I will definitely do it as soon as I get to my sister’s house). Safari LTD

Safari Ltd is always a big hit in our house hold. I love a great toy that gets my little guy using his imagination, and he loves to have such realistic toys to play with. The detail in the Safari Ltd products is just incredible. My son is amazed everything he gets a new one.

The dragons and phoenix he picked because his dad and grandma loves dragons. He picked out one each to give to each of them for the holidays and he is so excited to give them to him. I love that you can bring your kids to the store and they can pick up one special one for everyone and it won’t break the bank, but will be a special gift for the holiday for their loved one.

The Dinosaur egg he picked for himself of course. He loved anything to do with eggs and he now loves dinosaurs. He had carried this around with him for days and just loved it. They have a collection of these so I will have to pick up a few more for his stocking he will be the most excited little guy. The egg opened to his very own little dinosaur in the middle. We love getting dinosaur books so when he gets something like this he also loves looking them up and finding out more about them.

The Dalmatian is adorable he calls it is fir dog and it now lives in his little fire house.

These are not only great imagination toys but they also make great learning toys. They can play with their new friend and learn all about them at the same time. These will make an awesome holiday gift not only for your kids to give the adults but to give your little ones this holiday season.

Leave pad in sunlight for a few hours it will help the stain. (Yes I know that is amazing I did not know this either till it was pointed out to me). I have washed them more times than I can remember and they are still in perfect condition. The quality of their products is unbelievable. Green Toys

When we got the chance to try out green toys Cookware and Dinning Set little guy was so excited. I showed him the picture when it was on his way and he did not stop talking about t for days. Green toys are 100% recycled plastic and other materials that are environmentally friendly. I love that they are made in the USA. This set is safe to use with real food and is also dishwasher safe. I love that after we have our tea party I can clean everything up by just throwing it in the dishwasher.

When this cookware and dinning set showed up little guy was so excited. He grabbed his table and set is up and served me dinner. We had apple juice and kit kats.lol When we were setting it up he keep on telling me knifes go on the right forks on the left and he was very insistent on this. He loves this set and plays with it every day. From cooking with mama to setting the table for lunch or dinner time he has a blast with it.
