Real estate is a very lucrative industry worldwide. Whether it’s investing in local projects or projects like Shapoorji Joyville Hadapsar – if you find the right place to invest your money, you will often make a big profit. There are also lots of different ways you can invest in real estate which is something I didn’t realize. You can flip a house, invest in a REITS, property bonds, peer to peer lending, the list goes on. So, now do I know all this? Keep reading and you’ll find out.
As a mom of a four year old I don’t get enough time to read. When I do get the time I like to read two different kinds of books. Murder Mysteries and how too books. I love to learn about everything it must be the evidence Tec in me. One thing that makes a good how too book is step by step direction and personal stories. This book has both.
I love that it not only had step by step of what you need to do and learn but he is completely honest by giving you the major points of real estate investing, but he also tells you that you need a mentor. Most books would skip right over that and just send you on your way. I also loved the chapter about how to build long term wealth. There were quite a few talking points in there that I have always wondered about. He will not only help show you the way he also tells some great stories of himself and his students on their experiences, such as when some were looking into investing in the Fisher Island Miami area and how they went about getting the best options for their budgets, to name but one. Phil Pustejovsky truly has a way of writing that will help teach you and also keep you interested. There is nothing worse than a how to book that puts you to sleep. I found myself wanting to read faster so I could get to the next story and learn a little bit more. There are also bonuses inside the book. With a chance to learn more and test what you have already learned. This book was written by someone who truly went from nothing to having everything he wanted. It is possible and he will help you along the journey.
Remember all a mind is a terrible thing to waste. Try and learn something new every day. You never know when that knowledge will come in handy.
