I have had the chance to work with Axol and Friends a few times now, every time a box comes little guy is so excited. I was so surprised to see this bigger guy this year. If you have a little guy who can use a little sensory time like mine this is not only a great cuddly friend at bed time, but he is also weighted so it also served at a waited buddy for him to cuddle with.
Axol and Friends creates sustainable toys, storybooks and accessories that bring attention to endangered plants and animals. A portion of every sale is donated to nonprofit partners across the globe to empower kids to be activists and environmentalists.
My little friend Axol the Axolotl has evolved over the years, and is now also available in a weighted 4 lb. version, to help bring a calming effect to young children.
This new version of Axol is absolutely adorable and he’s big! I was so surprised when I opened my package and saw the size. Kids will love cuddling with him. I love they he’s weighted to provide that extra comfort.

This plush is designed after the Axoloti, an endangered salamander native to Central Mexico. The plush measures 26 inches from head to tail and weighs 4 pounds. It is designed to provide a sense of comfort and calmness in times of anxiety or nervousness. For each plush sold, 10 trees are planted .
