I would also like to not for all my ladies who are hating the heat right now this is also a nice cool refreshing way to get some great skin care in. Just lay back relax this mask helped cool my skin and was not only relaxing but I could really tell a difference in my skin after using it. Both of these items are very sensitive gel. SO if you have longer nails like I do them be careful when taking it out and putting it back in not to tear it with you nails.
