We got this book to review for little guy and he loved it.

 

We are a book loving family baby boy will sit and read with me for hours and he loves this book.  He loves the starfish of course.  I liked that this was not only a cute book but also had a lesson in it.  Remember when we were little all the stories that we were told had a lesson in it and we all learned something.   This is a great book about a cute starfish who wants to find happiness.  He tries lots of stuff that makes him happy for a little while.  Then one day he finds the one thing that makes him happy forever.  Want to know what it is well I am not going to ruin it for you, you will have to read the book.   We loved the book and will be getting more of their great adventures for our little guy.

 

Reading is a great way to have some family time with your little one.  It will also help them to discover a whole world inside of books.  If you are looking for a great book that will help teach your kids a great lesson in life this is the book for you.  They have other great titles and books all about hugo the happy star fish each and every single one will help you and your child learn a little something as you get lost in the book together.

Nuby Nickelodeon printed Hard Spout Cup

I got the chance to try out the hard spout cup and baby boy loved it.

Baby boy is a fan of spong bob and loved the cup when it came.  He was so excited to point out every charter to me.  This was a great cup for him held more for him so I did not have to go back and forth the fridge every few minutes to refill.  This cup has not leaked sence we have gotten it, and so easy to clean.  Just take apart and throw in the dishwasher and ready to go.  The cup was shaped great for baby boys hands he did not fumble with it at all.

This cup has a Dual-Flo valve that can be adjusted to control the flow of liguid for you little one.  The easy to use spout is hard and perfect for toddlers with new and sharp teeth.  This is going to be a great cup for my little guy he still has the habbit of chewing of things, and I think it is great for his little teath that it can stand up to him but still be soft enough that it will not hurt his little teeth.

These great cups come in three different colors with different pictures on Sponge bob.  Baby boy is going to love them all.

I would recommend this cup to everyone with a toddler.

Nuby Octopus Bath Time Toss

We got the chance to try out the octopus squirt bath and pool toy and loved it.

 

As you know bath time in our house is an event.  Baby boy loves it I just have to mention the word bath and he starts gathering up his toys and runs to the bathroom.  When the nuby box came and he saw his new toy he went nuts and grabbed it and ran to the bath.  Unfortunately the box came after we had already had bath time so this meant mommy had to do 2 baths in less than an hour.  Lol  When I opened it and gave it to him he had a blast I of course did not teach him yet that it squirts I figure I will leave that till when I have to mop the floors anyway.   But it did come with some cute rings in different shapes that fit over the tentacles and he loved this we threw those at the octopus for over a half hour trying to get them to land on the tentacles.

This was a great toy it went from the bath tub to the play sink and back again.  It is also very durable it fell off our second story deck and not a scratch (no worries baby boy did not fall with it he threw it lol).  He plays with this great toy for hour’s water or not it is a great toy for any little one.  The colors and the look of this toy is just way to cute.  I love that Nuby really puts charter into all of their toys.  Wait till you see my next review on the bath time whale you will all want one makes bath time clean up a snap.

This was such a great toy I would recommend it to all little ones.

Nuby Fun Feeding Bowl

I got the chance to try out the fun feeding bowl and baby boy loved it.

As you know we love great bowls plates and cups and this one fit right in with us.  It had a great curvy style and was a perfect size for baby boy.

This bowl instantly became a family favorite.  With its curved edges it was great for apple sauce and yogurt.  I usually will not let him feed himself this stuff.  Yes I know it’s good for them to learn but it always end up in an hour long cleaning project for mommy when this happens.  But the shape of this bowl allowed him to eat it himself with minimum clean up this was a big plus for me.  As you can see this bowl also became the cookie bowl we do not do sweets too often but when he did get his mini cookies he instantly put them all in the bowl and was as happy as could be.

This bowl comes in so many great colors you can find one that your little one likes with no problem.  It is durable enough to withstand a two year old which we all know is an accomplishment in its own. This bowl can also hold warm and cold food.  As for microwaving I do not know I did not see a safe for microwave sticker so I am not even going to try I would hate to ruin his new favorite bowl.

I would recommend this bowl to all little ones.  p.s also fits my morning cereal nice

Sprouts Cups Baby Food Storage

We got the chance to try out these great sprout food cups and loved them

Do you make your own baby food or have you been wanting too.  These are the cups for you.  They are great 8oz cups to store your food after you make it.  I love the fact they are the perfect serving size for baby boy.  I cannot tell you how impressed I was with these cups.  They are microwave safe, you can store them in the freezer or the fridge. There is a dry eraser spot on them so you can label what is in side of them no more guessing, and you can re do it when you make a new food and not worry about ruining the cups.   One of my fav parts is there is a tray they fit in, so no more trying to get them to balance on the fridge racks. Woo hooo

We make a lot of apple sauce in our house.

To make our apple sauce so easy

-Peel and cut apple

– Steam apples

-Add a little of the water from steaming it and start crushing.

For crushing you can do it 2 ways use a potato maser or I use a Tupperware chopper so quick and easy.

-I add a little cinnamon for baby boy.

I had a few people say they did not want to add cinnamon but wanted a little of the taste.  No problem add a few cinnamon sticks to the water as you are steaming.

-Then we just fill the cups and serve as baby boy wants

 

The sprout cups are great and convent I can just pull out one at a time and give to baby boy no more big bowl to scoop from and clean.  Just grab the sprout cup and serve.  When my nephew come and visits I can also make him his peas and carrots and use the same cups just erase the apple sauce label re label and we are ready to go.

Nuby Fish Swoosh

I got the chance to try the Nuby Fish Swoosh or I should say baby boy got the chance and he loved it.

 

We got this great toy to try out in the bath tub.  Baby boy loved squirty toys, but after awhile he gets board of squirting me.lol this toy is so cute and perfect not only do these cute fish squirt water but your little one can also play a nice game of basketball while playing in the bath tub.  This was one of those great and easy to set up toys.   Just took out of the package and it suction cupped right to the side of the tub.  I was very impressed with the fact that it did not keep on falling down.  We have all had those toys that seem great but when you suction cup it o something you spend most of your time trying to get it to stay up.  We had no problem with the swoosh. It stayed up the entire time while we played.

When Bath time was over he did not want to stop playing so we took it down and put up on our living room window.  He played with it for hours and when it’s time for bath time again he grabs his fish had me take down the hoop and off the bath we go.

 

This is such a great toy I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a way to make bath time fun for their little one.

Nuby Safari Chimes

I got the chance to try out these great Safari Chimes and we loved it.

 

This is such a great toy for any little one.  This totally entertained my little guy.  He loved anything that jingles you should have seen our house at the Holidays.  He not only carried this around with him all day and night long playing with it, it was also a big hit on his stroller.  This was quick and easy just attach it basically anywhere and a cute toy that jingles to entertain him with.

 

We also attached it to the handle bar in the back of the truck made it s fun game for him trying to reach it and watching it as we did out longer drives.

The material on this cute little guy was smooth and so was the toy its self so I did not have to worried when he started twirling it around. As we all know a baby boy will toss or throw almost anything so its good that it is light weight and would not break anything.lol

This is such a great toy for your little tiny ones to your bigger little ones.  Easy to attach to most places, Stroller, Car seat, Handle Bar, but also fun to just give to them to play with.  We had two little ones here and of course they both wanted this cute little guy we had to take away from both. Lol I am guessing as mommy’s you all know how that goes.  My one suggestion if you have more than one kid make sure you buy one for each, as we all know if one has it the other wants it and just makes life a little easier if you have one for each little one.

I would recomend this to everyone.

Nuby Bottle Drying Rack

We got the chance to try out the Nuby Bottle Drying Rack and loved it.

In my house we go through so many bottles from little ones visiting and of course the amount of Sippy cups we go through it outrageous.  This came in so handy.  I always have so many piled up and run out all the time when I need one.  This makes it so easy to clean and dry.  Before I was using a towel to dry them on the towel would always be wet and it took up ½ of my counter.  This rack holds more than my towel did and in a minimal amount of space.  I also loved that I was not setting the wet items down on their tops.  It held them up by the bar that goes in the middle.  No worries about what it going to be lying on.

 

This might just be me but the cups and bottles even seemed to dry faster being held up like this with the air being able to flow.  This was also handy when we travel I could set it up in the hotel next to the sink and I could make sure I could still clean his items and have them drying in a safe place.  It has a built in reservoir so you don’t have to worries where that extra water goes. And it folds up flat to store if company is coming over or if you are like me and need to travel a lot. Another great feature it comes with the great bottle brush see review here.

Nuby Bottle Warmer and Sterilizer

We got the chance to try out the Nuby warmer and Sterilizer and loved it.

 

 

I could not believe that I could get both in one.  We used to have a warmer and a sterilizer and it was so much stuff.  To have it both in one is fantastic.  It has the cup that goes inside that is perfect for holding the bottles and pacifiers and after they are done just grab the cup handle and pull out no need to get the steam all over your hands.  This product will not only warm up breast milk, formula but also baby food.

 

We loved that this product worked with all different size bottles, any bottle that we used or that people brought over for their little ones fit in one warmer this is a big plus for us.   This was also very easy to use, just measure out the right amount of water for your bottle size or sterilizing with thw cup provided. It works fast we had the bottle in no time.

 

If you are like us you have a ton of pacifiers that end up everywhere and with who knows what on them, this sterilizer was a life saver just throw them in with the water and no more worries about what was on it.  I cannot say enough good things about this great warmer, we had gone through so many before some had heated up the bottles so much that we would have to throw them in the freezer to cool down and other never got the bottle warm even after 5 minutes.  This one we tested 30 times with different size bottles filled to different levels and as long as we followed the chart for their size it came out perfect every time.  This is one we will make sure to keep around for a long time.

Star Wars Costume

We got the chance to try out a Star Wars Costume and Of course we had to try the Darth Vader for Baby Boy.  He is so cute.  Let me say sorry now I tried so hard to get a picture of baby boy but it keep turning out to just be blurs.  I will keep on trying and update the photo When I Get one. The outfit is so cute on its a must see.

 

We had a blast with this one.  We are a Star Wars Fan Family, when we got the chance we went through all the costumes online and could not resist the Darth Vader for baby boy.  This is a great company with some very friendly customer service and fast shipping.  As we all know a great company starts with the great people working there and to have a great product with great people always a plus in my book.

 

This is a well made costume for a great price.  I could not believe that you could get such great quality with such a great price on costumes.  We of course had to turn on the movie and play Star wars while he was all dresses up and baby boy thought it was the best thing in the world when we showed him himself in the mirror.  I am thinking this year for Halloween we will not be able to get him out of this costume.  To make it even better we went to visit his cousin who loves star wars.  They both dressed up and played for hours.  This is a great idea to get for any little one for play time or costume parties.  As a mom/dad you probably know that if you can get them to dress up and play for a few hours together it is a great mommy break.
