We got the chance to preview Noah’s ark and it was fantastic.  I have to admit Of course I know the story but had no idea of what way they were going to go with it. This was a very entraining movie.  From the very beginning you were already on the edge of your seat hoping they will make it. When we got the movie I told hubby I hope they mention the unicorns and was excited they did.  The story begins when we meet Noah’s and we see why he was picked to build the Ark.  A good man in some bad times who just wants his family to understand.  It goes on to meet the animals and you will get to know them very well.

 

 

I loved that the story was also about the animals in the ark.  You don’t hear much about them in the books but in this story you really get to know Noah and the animals.  You get to watch the animals learn some very important lesions and some very funny ones.  This was truly an entertaining movie.  We were sucked right in and even though I knew the basic story this one had quite a few twists and turns that keep you on the edge of the seat.  This fantastic movie is brought to you by Hasbro and Shout Factory.  You can pick it up at Amazon or Walmart  for $13.44.

Bo-Po Nail Polish

This was such a fun review to do.  Whenever I paint my nails baby boy wants his done too.  Of course he never wants to keep the polish on he just wants to do it with me.  This was perfect for us.  Not only were they very cute colors but when it dries baby boy had a blast peeling it off.  It peeled it off very easily and he thought it was the best thing in the world.  I tried to get a picture of him peeling it but he keep on running away thinking I was going to peel it for him.lol  Once he had done it we painted his nails over and over and he loved it.  He saw on the back of the package that it comes in other colors and wants them all.  This was not only fun for the both of us but now when I paint my nails he can do his and have some fun.  If you have a little girl who loves to paint her nails but always wants to change the color this is perfect.  They don’t need any polish remover and they can do it over and over again with different colors and designs and have a blast.

Work toys released a new formula and all new colors.  This comes in 10 Beautiful colors to match every mood and style. It has a sweet vanilla smell and a spill-proof bottle which is perfect for little hands playing beauty shop, pop star, or dressing up for a special outing.  And the best part of Bo-Po is that it is non-toxic without harsh smelling chemicals, and kids can simply peel off the polish without the need of any acetone which can damage nails. This was truly a fantastic product.  We love having it and I love that baby boy loved it and I cannot do my nails a different color every day without always scrubbing polish off of my nails.

Transformers Energon

You all know we are a transformer loving family.   When we got the chance to check this new one out we were so excited.   This one will bring you the same epic battles but with quite a few new guys.  The new guys and the old guys also have some new powers and a brand new enemy.  The battles in the episodes in this one does not only take place on earth but they also bring you to mars and other off earth places.   This DVD includes the first 7 episode of this new series of transformers.

 

They have a new charter Kicker and I think he is one of the funniest charters I have seen s far.  A young man with a bad attitude but also wants to do the right thing. In these episodes the bad guys are on the search for the Energon that has been found on earth and they have to work with the humans to protect it. You can find this great DVD from Shout factory and Hasbro at Wal-Mart and you won’t believe the price it’s only $5.97 and released on May 13th.  We loved this movie and have watched it over and over again.

Nuby Teether Tugs

We got the chance to try out the Nuby Teether Tugs and it is way too cute.

As most of you know I have a brand new baby in the family and I saw this adorable little guy and thought of him.   The colors on this cute little guy are so vibrant they catch the eye of every little one around.  My little guy was so excited to see him when we opened the box.  He immediately had a home with baby boys favorite stuffed animals.  I might have to go buy a new one for my nephew when we go visit him.  They come in different charters so you are sure to find a great animal that your little one loves.

They are perfect for your little one to cuddle with.  They also have textured teething parts for your little tether to bit on to help ease the pain.  The different patterns on this little guy also make it a fun learning tool in our house; we have to say all the colors together and the different patterns.  This is a great toy for every little one.  Not only will keep them busy playing or if they are little just staring, but also will help ease your little ones teething.

I would recommend this Teether Tugs to everyone.

Gro Via My choice trainer and wet bag

I got the chance to try out the my choice trainer and we are in love with it.

In our house it is that dreaded time for most parents.  Its potty training time.  When my nephew was potty training it was a little easier for me he understood a lot more and he was very easy to bribe.  My little guy on the other hand doses not really understand and he wants nothing.  Bribing or stickers  is not really an option for us.  One of the biggies with him I think is he does not understand the pull ups are not diapers.  When he is naked baby he runs to the potty every 5 minutes but put a pull up on him and he is done with the potty.

I was very excited to try these out for little guy.  I wanted to switch him to underwear but let’s be honest no one wants to clean the rugs with every accident, but I did want him to have a trainer that was not the crazy plastic material (can you say uncomfortable) these were a perfect option.  They are made of cloth so baby boy will not think of them as a diaper and they are absorbent so if we do have an accident I am not pulling out the rug cleaner.  These were so cool, they have snaps for different fits so it’s not a one size fit all.  The outer part is waterproof, and they are a slim fit for your little one.

SO far baby boy loves this one.  Another big plus in my book is it’s cute.  I can let him run around in it when we are home and he does not look like a naked baby in a diaper he looks adorable like he is wearing a little swim suit.  They retail for about $18.99 this is a great price when I was looking around you would not believe some of the high prices I found on similar products that did not have all the extras that this one does. Plus you will end up saving a whole lot on the disposable diapers, you can use these again and again. You can also buy different side panels for the trainers so you little one can make then their own.

 

The wet bag is a must if you are potty training you will need 2 one for in the house and one for if you are out and about. Just take your wet training diaper and clothes and throw them in, then empty them all into the washer with the bag its self and clean you are ready to go and you don’t have a whole lot wet clothes and diapers around the house they are all in one place. The wet bag goes for about $6.75 a great price for them and you can get a few keep in the car the house and even in the baby bag when out and about.

So far this has worked out great for baby boy.  He is noticing the difference between the diapers and the choice trainer.  I need to get a few more for him so I can be constant but I think this is going to work out great for him.  I will make sure to update you all as we go through the potty training process.

Nuby Whale Pail Sea Scooper

I got the chance to try out this great whale sea scooper and loved it.

  This is it hanging from the wall on our bath tub.

I cannot begin to tell you the amount of toys we have in the bath tub at the end of bath time. This great whale scooper was perfect to scoop them all up and have them in one place.    This whale was not only used for a toy scooper it also was a great toy for little guy to play with in the bath tub.  He loved making the whale eat all the duckies and the octopus.

When we are done with bath time we just scoop up the toys in the whale which had a ton of holes in it to let all the water drain out, which means no toys hanging out in stale water.  Then we just hang him up in the bath tub to keep them out of the way when mommy gets her bath time and to let them all air dry.

Baby boy loves playing with his toys in and out of the bath tub.  I love the fact that when he wanted to play with the whale and all his duckies I did not have to worry where they were or if they were wet.  We just take the whale off the wall and baby boy had all his favorite toys in one place.

This whale really does make bath time easier for my family, no more bending over to pick up toys one by one out of the bath tub.  I also no longer have to dry the toys one by one.  Just hang them up and they do it all themselves.

 

I would recommend this Whale to everyone who has their bath tub full of toys.

Educational Alphabet Flash Cards

Baby boy got the chance to try out these flash cards and he loved them.

These are a great set of alphabet flash cards from Educational Toys Planet.  These were such a great set of cards baby boy especially loved the ones that had pictures of animals.  This is such a great activity to do with your kids, not only is it fun for your little one but helping them learn as they play.    It is great that these days you can find an inexpensive way to help your kids get ahead in life.   I found it funny I have bought other flash cards before and either they are made on flimsy paper that just does not hold up to a little one, or the pictures on them were so far out their  that it was not fun for baby boy at all.

Baby boy had a blast playing with these cards.  There is one for each lower case letter and one for each uppercase number.  He loved the animals the best but I have to admit the cake picture was a winner too.lol He likes us telling him what each one was then he lined them up by animal object or something to eat.  These were his categories not mine loll   This is a great play time fun for our family and now when he sees the things around he points to them and gets all excited.

This was a great set made on great paper stock that did not bend or rip at all.  They also had clear and easy to learn pictures for my little one.  When I showed him D it was a Dog.  Baby boy was excited to see that he recognized it and was excited to see the next one.  The corners of these were rounded so easy to sort and also I did not have to worry about baby boy playing with them and poking himself (which he would do).  I would love to buy another set of these  they would make a great memory game for baby boy to match.  It also came with a parent card but I have to admit I did not look at it much we were busy playing with the little guy cards.  These are made in the USA and of course recyclable.

I would recommend these cards for everyone with a little one.

  I got the chance to try out the Bottle Pets bottle cover and it is adorable.

  When I got the chance to check out these adorable bottle pets bottle cover I was so excited.  You all know me I am in love with adorable cute stuff and if it makes my boring bottles look even cutter I am all in.  When I got the chance to try one out they had quite a few different charters to check out and only $19.95.

    These were all so adorable but of course bay boys name is Dylan so I had to pick Dylan the octopus.  How could I pass that one up.  They are very plushy and a very cute design.  I could not believe how soft they were when I got mine.  The bottle pets are 100% machine washable and will help your little one develop early eye hand coordination.  This will not only help them develop early skills but if you have a little one like me who sometimes just did not want to eat it will also get them more interested in eating because they get to hold it themselves and they get to play with it while eating.  This is also a great baby shower present a great one to add into that gift basket you have been putting together.

Hatchem Eggs

Baby boy got a set of these hatchem eggs to try and he loved them.

These are so adorable.  A great decoration and present for your little one.  Of course my baby boy is at the age right now that he loved eggs so when these showed up he went totally nuts.  We did one egg to check it out, that way too baby boy could play with the other 2 while we were hatching our egg.  He had such a blast going to look at our egg everyday and watch it hatch.  Then when the penguin started coming out he thought this was the best thing ever.  His egg hatched. We have just started hatching out next egg and he is so excited going in the kitchen every day to see what will come out.

These are so easy to use.  You can hang them on your tree till Christmas morning as a decoration then when its time to take the tree down just place your egg in a clear container and fill with water.  Every morning we emptied the water out and refilled it and it hatched a little more.  We keep on doing this till our little friend was hatched then added him to a bigger container and added new water.  Our little friend continued to grow.  Baby boy could take him out and play with him then we just put him back in.  This is a great decoration and a great toy for your little one.
