Dimples Rub Pork Loin

When I got the chance to try out the Dimples Rub I was so excited.  I could not even imagine how much I would be in love with this rub.  I have almost used the entire bottle.  I use it on everything from burgers, to chicken, even in my rice a ronie for some great flavor.  The flavor is a great BBQ flavor with a touch of sweet I just can resist.

 

This recipe takes a while to cook but is very easy to do

What you will need

Dimples rub

Pork Loin

Apple Juice

Tin Foil

Injector

First take your pork loin and rub in Dimples Rub.

BBQ on about 250 for about a half hour on each side.

About ½ way thru each side inject with a mixture of dimples rub and apple juice.

Take pork loin off BBQ and place in tin foil.

Sprinkle on a little more rub and poor Apple juice on bottom of tin foil.

Inject pork loin again and wrap up.

Place back on BBQ for about an hour and a half to 2 hours

I open up the package about ½ way threw to check and make sure there is still juice and turn over pork loin.

 

Take off BBQ let sit for about 10-15 minutes

Cut into strips sprinkle a little more rub on and serve.

This one takes a while but just falls apart when done.
