I was so excited when I got the chance to try these. I have never used anything like this before and I though how hard can it be. Well boy was I taught a lesson. These really do give you a work out. I am still at the Medium level and it is giving me quite a workout every day. I can feel my legs and arms feeling stronger. I thought for sure with me working out everyday this would be easy, so of course I grabbed the strongest one first and I could not even move it. I love that this comes with all 4 different sizes so I can work my way up and not have to buy a new one once I get used to the old one. I just grab the next level and off I go.
These come with three strengths Light, Medium, heavy and XX-heavy. They are each a different color so you can tell them apart at just a glance and they are very strong. These are 100% eco-friendly Latex. So if you are allergic to latex please do not use. I love that I can find great products to work out at home. Being a stay at home mom I don’t have time to go to the gym, I like to get my work outs done when baby boy takes a nap. This is a great product to add to my workout routine that is very easy to use and does not take up a ton of storage room. I would recommend them to everyone.
